There are 3 Bedrooms . 3 Luxurious bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and no 3 Ensuite , Egyptian Cotton Linen.Extra charges apply after 2 Guests. The living area is open plan with fully equiped kitchen, dining, lounge area with 65 inch smart TV. There are panoramic bi-fold glass doors, with views across the water to Dartmouth . Tucked under a beautiful Oak tree, in the grounds of our house, Oak Lodge offers a secluded hideaway, ideally situated on the main road 1 mile from the quirky market town of Totnes, a perfect touring base! Accommodation is comfortable log cabin style. Fully centrally heated to keep you cosy in the cooler months! 2 double bedrooms, shower room and open plan kitchen/living space, the perfect retreat. Outside is a grassy area for relaxing. A perfect place for your break away, with private parking!

The Lodge is a beautifully renovated guest house. The property is designed for 2 people. The property offers 1 bedroom and an open-plan living room, including well-equipped kitchen, dining area, a sofa bed, a south facing patio, parking and private entrance. The Lodge is adjacent to the main house and shares a drive. It is located in the heart of Stoke Gabriel village and 7 minutes walk to the river Dart, shops, pubs and the River Shack cafe. Smugglers’ Creek, Riverside Cottage, Stoke Gabriel

Smugglers’ Creek is a cosy traditional fisherman’s cottage on the riverside in the lovely village of Stoke Gabriel, South Hams. There is a slipway just outside the cottage where you can launch your dinghy or kayak, and you can also hire a kayak from the quay in summer. Directly opposite the cottage is the fab River Shack Cafe for delicious drinks and meals morning to night (Thurs to Sunday in winter)The village boasts 2 pubs and a restaurant, general store with P.O. and the Dart River Gallery.

Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign
