Summertime is available for sauna rafting, rowing boat, beach, bicycles about 20 min Boden, 30 min Luleå, Piteå 50min We also have a simpler forest shoe next to a pond where you can hike or hike up our mountain with beautiful views.

The Unique Lake Tree House

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space. Enjoy the lovely nature all around from the house. Take a swim from the jetty, light the wood-fired sauna by the seaside. Take a ride with the boat. Cook over an open fire. Visit the ocean bath, cozy summer cafe, or farm shop nearby during the summer. In winter there are dog sledding not far from the house. Visit the nice ice track that stretches between the south and north harbor inside Luleå. Are you perhaps one of the lucky ones to experience the magical northern lights?

Cozy Little Cabin by the River

The smaller cottage is perfect for a more intimate experience in nature. Despite its smaller size, the cabin is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cottage has two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm wide bed and the other with a 90 cm bed. In addition, there is a sleeping loft with a 180 cm bed. For extra comfort there is both a washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a fireplace for cosy evenings. The cottage has a view of the Luleälven on one side and a cozy little pond on the other.

Excellent hiking trails in the summer and ski trails in the winter in the village. Ralph Lundstensgården with fantastic food and coffee, is located in central Ersnäs.

The accommodation is in walking distance to golf course, beach and bus stop with good connections to both Boden and Luleå. In the property you use the free sauna and relax that is in the same building as the property.

Lägenheten ligger inne på en familjegård med anor från början av 1900-talet. På ängarna runtikring betar både kor och hästar. Från augusti till mars kan man, om vädret tillåter, se både vintergatan och norrsken.
