Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sandy Bay

Christiane and her husband were very hospitable and friendly. We felt very welcomed and felt blessed to share their beautiful space. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful and peaceful experience.

We had a lovely stay for our babymoon at Freya's accommodation. Easy check in and very cosy. Especially loved the comfortable bed with electric heating. Freya was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

What a beautifully presented home inside and outside. Matt & Steph have done an exceptional job at making this an immaculately clean, comfortable and classy place to stay. We were lucky enough that there was a last minute booking available, my partner and I were camping and in desperate need of a refresh. The cottage was the perfect place to reset while also still feeling as if we were out in the open as we were surrounded by breathtaking scenery and the most adorable animals. We felt very welcomed as Michelle showed us around the home and gave fantastic recommendations for food and activities in the area when we checked in, and she gave us plenty of privacy for our stay. The cottage is stocked with plenty of furnishings and accessories to make it feel like a home away from home, and the fresh milk left for us in the fridge was delicious. Thank you so much for the most relaxing stay and we will definitely book again when we come back to Tassie 😊

A short visit to Hobart, thoroughly enjoyable thanks to the convenient location of Helen’s place. It’s a gorgeous home, with everything you would want from an Air Bnb and more. I would 100% recommend couples or a small family to stay. The views are a surprise and I’ll miss them!

Tony's place is incredible. From the space, to the tidiness, and of course the games! It has everything you need and then some. Very clear instructions on how to use all the gadgets and amenities for you to cook and tidy. The complimentary breakfast bits were a lovely touch.

A fabulous stay. Super comfy bed. Very well equipped house and kitchen. Great location and walkable to central Hobart, Salamanca Markets and Battery Point. Two great cafes within yards of the home. Staying in an historical home just added something special to our visit to Hobart. Thank you Bec.

We stayed at Michelle’s lovely property for four days in May 2025. Michelle’s communication was excellent and check in was easy. The property itself is very well equipped with all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay. We loved the art deco style of the home and its proximity to shops and cafes. This property is wonderful value for money and perfect for a family looking for accommodation in the Moonah area. Thank you Michelle!!

Felicity and Andre’s place was in the perfect location, near the CBD, Salamanca and the wharfs. They are very gracious and generous hosts who added thoughtful snacks, beverages and brekky options to the experience. We were so impressed with these special touches, making it a delight to arrive to. The bed was so comfortable and the spaces were spotless and cosy. We would absolutely stay here again. We really enjoyed our stay in Carol's apartment. The location was wonderful and convenient to get to Salamanca market area. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and generously stocked with pantry items. Carol was clear and easy to communicate with.

If I said I would put this place in my pool room, a few would understand, but the actual serenity was unbelievable. We arrived, slightly stressed, extremely tired on my part, to an oasis of calm. From my first night on the deck with a glass of bubbles, to my last with a cup of tea, I felt welcomed and at home. It was lovely. Wendy and Malcolm are wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure to meet them.

Wow! Well worth it! Unheard of value. The space is very considerate and functional. It has everything you need and more. Bath n shower , great heating, one of the best kitchens I’ve used, a pantry full of quality food and a very comfortable bed all wrapped in an interesting cave at a great location. Best stay in Hobart, it’s clear Yvette has put a lot of thought and love into this place.

This place is amazing!! So beautifuly decorated with many personal touches and delicious home-made treats. Everything about it is spot on and in a beautiful, tranquil, country setting. Hosts are super friendly - we enjoyed our chats & walks through the gardens. Can highly recommend it... we hope to be back!

Miro & Edinas home is beautiful. Edina greeted us and showed us important features of this smart house & shared information on nearby must sees. The pantry and fridge were a plenty & they’d even bought us a loaf of bread and fresh fruit, which we really appreciated. Even though you share an internal stairwell, it was still very private. Very cosy for the winter with fireplace and heaters and extra blankets for us northerners. The main bedroom has a beautiful view of the mountain; so picturesque especially on a full moon. Thank you once again Edina & Miro, it was truly a delight to stay with you.

I stayed in Carmel's AirBnB for 3 weeks and it was great!! This apartment is really nice and comfortable with a lot of space and everything you need - small kitchen, washing machine, ... From the apartment one has an amazing view over the city and it is quite there. The location of the apartment is also nice as there is a bus station very close and a lot of things (Mount Nelson, Long Beach and the University of Tasmania) are within walking distance. Carmel is a great host - really helpful and nice and she always answers really fast if you have any questions! :-) I would definitely come again if I am again coming to Hobart!

We had a very peaceful and pleasant stay. The place is very private, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. Everything was in order and met our expectations perfectly. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and quiet space to unwind.

The stable is a charming, rustic, and made us feel right at home! We loved the ambience and decor. It was also private and had tasteful features, such as a cute balcony, carport, and useful amenities. We were welcomed with delicious fresh produce which was a fine touch. It was a superb experience altogether!

Absolutely loved Barbara's private retreat. Fell in love with the beautiful space as soon as we walked through the door. Wonderful decor and the most comfiest bed with luxurious linen. Such a spectacular view from the floor to ceiling windows while being snug and cosy. Barbara also showed me her spinning wheel and her lovely arts and crafts. Had a lovely night away and will definitely come back again. Peter also pointed out a beautiful little pademelon eating a carrot by the front door. Such lovely hosts with a beautiful home . Absolutely loved this studio! The waterfront views were stunning, and the space was clean, spacious, and perfectly cozy. Our host Amy was super welcoming and made our stay even more special. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway 😊.. I wish I had one more day to stay there..but will definitely come back..

Nicky's place is amazing. Its in a great location, although it is on a steep hill, within walking distance (20m) to the water. Its really close to some great local restaurants including Templo and Bar Wa Izakaya. The place itself is sizable, clean and welcoming. Great provisions provided for breakfast and a lovely wood heater. Its also got great heating so you wont be cold. Nicky was super helpful and very responsive in her communication. Very highly recommended.

Mark is a super host, we didn't really had the time to talk a lot but he is really kind. The house is close to mount Wellington, I didn't plan to go at first but it was really close so I went and it was perfect 👌🏻.
