Erik was amazing throughout the stay. There were some things that no one could have planned for and Erik made sure it was all taken care of in a very timely manner and very responsive unlike other host. He is one of the best host that I have ever dealt with. The home is phenomenal, with an amazing view. Go enjoy the roof top and watch the sunrise or sunset. Multiple restaurants within walking distance and the famous sand dollars are within walking distance as well. If you have a larger vehicle, the RV garage is more than accommodating and there is an upper level garage for smaller vehicles. I will absolutely be staying here again.

This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had! The home is clean and comfortable. There are air conditioning units in the living room and each bedroom and they cool things down very quickly! The kitchen has ample fridge space and all the basics you need for meals at home. Bathrooms are in good repair and clean and the hot water lasted through all three showers. It was only an 11 minute drive from the home to El Malecon, beaches and every conceivable dining experience available. The only odd thing is the placement of the electrical outlets in the bathroom - they’re on the opposite wall from the vanity. It didn’t matter to us and I only mention it for anyone who needs to plug in something like a razor, flosser, etc. This rental home is an absolute steal for the price asked! We will definitely be coming back!

The home was absolutely stunning and incredibly peaceful. The bedrooms were comfortable, and all had private bathrooms providing all of our guests the privacy and comfort they needed. The kitchen has everything you need, making your stay convenient. The outside area has so much space and different sections to relax from the pool area, sun bathing bed and chairs, a shaded table and a fire pit area giving everyone an opportunity to relax or enjoy their space. It was the perfect stay and I just wish we had more time.

The house was quiet and easy to access. It was clean. There were two mini split units so it stayed nice and cool. It was close to the center but far enough to be quiet.

I had a fantastic stay! The space was exactly as described. The location was convenient, and check-in was seamless. My stay was exceptional, beautiful view and cozy!

Pam was a super host; extremely communicative and caring, quick to respond. The house was beautiful, clean and as described. Outside had so many amenities and fun to hang out there. Close to the most beautiful sandy beach, uncrowded and excellent shelling. Easy walk to public access, maybe half a block. Roads in Las Conchas are packed clay and regularly maintained to minimize potholes and washboarding. Speed limit of 35 mph allows for quick trips into the town itself. Only negative would be the coded pad for entry through the front door. Pam was quick to respond with helpful instructions so no big deal. Thank you for allowing us to check in early. The amenities could be clearer on the AC. It is there if needed but we never needed it. Keeping the place opened up allowed the ocean breezes to come in. Nighttime was very cool and the breezes really cooled the place. Very quiet location. Wonderful slumber

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how well-kept and thoughtfully designed the house was. Every detail—from the tasteful decor to the spacious, light-filled rooms—made it feel like a true getaway. But what really set this place apart was the unbeatable access to the beach. It was just a short walk away, making it easy to come and go throughout the day without any hassle. Morning coffee with an ocean breeze? Yes, please. Another major highlight was the host. They were quick, responsive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as comfortable as possible. Any time we had a request or question, they handled it with speed and care. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and determination, and it made a huge difference. If you’re looking for a beautiful, beachside home with top-notch hosting, this is it. Beautiful spacious condo in las Conches. Close enough to town, but far enough away. Newish build with 2 lovely pools and a short walk to the beach. Comfortable beds and fast internet. Definitely would recommend!

Russel’s place is great for peace and solitude! It’s about 15 minutes from town. The home was clean and just what we needed! If you’re looking for a getaway without having all the vendors coming up to you on the beach this is the place to be! The pools and restaurant on the property were a great option for when the tide was out. Lots of great shell hunting grounds. Overall we had a great time!

This condo is very lovely. The patio view of the ocean and resort is fantastic. It was very clean, comfortable and we very much appreciated the beach towels and high quality towels. The bracelet to use the amenities is well worth it. All their staff were friendly. We felt safe and had a great time at the beach and using all the pools. The roof top restaurant and view is impressive. We had a fantastic time in Puerto Penasco (our first time) and definitely would like to rent this condo again. Peter, the cohost, was mostly responsive but it was a very busy holiday weekend. Just to help others plan for your trip, there is no blow dryer, no toiletries or basic kitchen things like salt, pepper, oil etc. The water pressure in the building is not great but by no means took away from this beautiful condo.

This was our second time staying and both times were great. This is our favorite unit of all of the similar ones we've stayed at in Rocky Point (there are lots of the exact same floorpan). It's clean, updated and has all the amenities you would need. We will definitely stay here again! 5 Stars

I e stayed at Casa Blanca many times. Every unit I’ve been in has been impeccable, including Jorge’s. The back patio could use better furniture, but it is perfectly adequate as is. There was water bottles in the kitchen and every batch room, which was a nice touch. I didn’t find any beach towels so bring your own. Second floor units with views of the pool And view of the sea about 400 yards away. Casa Blanca allows dogs and always feels safe and secure. I messaged Jorge for help a few times and he replied immediately each time. Perfect stay on Sandy Beach. (Pro tip: get breakfast burritos at Colins Cantina. 3 for $8)

It's a great place near the beach, pool, and hot tub. Vincente is an excellent host! We would love to stay there again!

We all had a wonderful time! We will be back since it is such a short drive from the Phoenix Area. The only thing that was bad is we only had one paddle for the 2 paddle boards. I'm sure they will have the broken paddle replaced before the next guest. Everyone was very friendly. Stacy answered all my questions right away.

Excellent stay, clean and comfortable. With parking, you come and go as if you were at home.

We loved staying here! It's a clean and comfortable house with a lot of space in the bedrooms and bathrooms. There is a large living area and kitchen. The patio overlooking the ocean was our favorite place to hang out. It's right on the ocean, this part of the ocean is rocky, but the tidepools are fun to explore at low tide, we saw an octupus! We will definitely be back to stay here again!
