Holiday rentals with a patio in Sanmin District

The apartment was even bigger than it looked it the pictures, beautifully decorated and very clean. The host was very responsive and friendly, giving clear instructions with pictures on how to arrive. The locations is great right next to the station. Highly recommend!

Great home and location. Shopping, large variety of quality restaurants, and movie theatres within a short walk. MRT and bike rentals so close too, within a few minutes walk. Home was clean and all of the amenities worked well. Host was courteous and responded well to arrange for check in and to our request for a mosquito zapper (which worked well). The only concern of this place was indeed the mosquitos which were mainly in the outer common area (hallway and next to elevators and rubbish area), a few of which occasionally got into the home. I don't consider the host responsible for the mosquitos, but I'd feel remiss if I didn't mention it for future visitors awareness. The mosquito problem was not enough of a concern to deduct a star from this otherwise very fine 5-star (out of 5) home. Was so happy to have found this great value and fine host who communicated well and arranged for a lovely and comfortable place to stay in this ideal San Duo Shopping District location.

Located within a walking distance from Kaohsiung Arena station, the communication was pleasant and smooth. Have a great time! Recommended!

Nice area that is close to the HSR and MRT station. A very quiet neighbourhood.

This place was perfect for what we needed. Spacious, convenient, easily accessible and a super relaxed neighborhood. Also automobile friendly if you’re driving. Overall a great deal for the price and very clean. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Tainan is a city steeped in history.The cityscape, people, and lifestyle are very different from Taipei. I think this room, where you can enjoy time as if you were a resident, is an environment that even people who are familiar with Taiwan will agree with. The house is a renovation of an old house, but the decoration is as new, and you can feel the ingenuity and careful maintenance of the landlord. The location is also good, located in one of the alleys of Snail Lane, a few steps away from the Xiaohaozhou tea pot, walking distance to Guohua Street, Hai'an Road, and not far from the bus stop. The host has been emphasizing that there is a bar next door, and if you are afraid of affecting your sleep, you can wear earplugs, but in fact, the volume is very low and does not affect you. Host is friendly and responsive. The instructions is very clear and the check-in is very smooth. The room is clean slightly smaller than expected but still comfortable and able to fit large luggage easily. The room near famous attractions and the train station. Highly recommend!
