Beautiful apartment. Functional, comfortable, very neat and comfortable. The indoor heated pool is huge, ideal for enjoying in autumn/winter. Maria was a very kind host! Highly recommended accommodation.

The location is perfect if you’re an active beach lover. A lot of runable/walkable routes. Walking distance to cafes, shopping and a supermarket. Only issue I had was if you use the washing machine, there is a smell that is there perhaps of plumbing. The place is nice but could use some love. Bed is nice and firm. Anali was responsive and a great host.

The apartment is great, very comfortable, the view is incredible. Spacious, the kitchen had everything you needed. The apartment has an excellent heated pool. Grill on the balcony. Large TV and super comfortable armchair. All very tastefully decorated. The administration people are very friendly and willing to resolve anything quickly. Ivi excellent. Summary: we spent a few beautiful, very quiet days in an impeccable place. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment ideal for a couple. Very complete, comfortable bed, furniture and decoration in very good condition, very bright. Place Lafayette is very quiet, the reception staff are very attentive and friendly. It has a heated pool, sauna, gym, cinema, daily cleaning, etc. Everything as it appears in the description. The location is unbeatable! It has services within 100 meters, restaurants, shopping, cafes, ice cream shop, laundry, supermarket, etc. And a few minutes from Playa Brava and Playa La Mansa. Communication with Prohaus was excellent at all times. We will definitely be back!

The dwelling is wonderful, very clean, complete and comfortable! And the landlord very attentive and concerned about our well-being, always made contact with us because we were late to arrive. And he also offered us to stay longer in the dwelling, since we came for a wedding and we arrived very late from the party! Anyway, everything very perfect and nice. We intend to go back!

The house was absolutely stunning! Paula was an amazing host—responsive, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful old trees that gave it privacy and charm. The home itself was spacious with a wonderful open-concept layout. One of our favorite features was the kitchen dining area, where the large sliding doors opened up to the outdoor patio and pool area—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The backyard ofcourse was the star. The house had a few quirks, as homes sometimes do, but Paula was quick to answer any questions and made everything easy. My family loved our time there and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip down to UY!

A super enjoyable, spacious, comfortable house, with everything you need to spend a nice few days. The location is unbeatable with direct access to the beach. We recommend it!

The house is new and is very well equipped. It is ready for 10 people, ideal for 2 families. It has a pool and grill and is close to the plaza, DAS and piletas inside Solanas. Evangelina answered all our doubts and was very friendly.

House with everything you need for a pleasant stay. There were 4 adults, 4 days in winter, so we really enjoyed the wood stove. The kitchen is nice and complete, the rooms are comfortable. One of them had no heating but as we knew in advance we took a fan heater and soon. Undoubtedly, its maximum potential is in summer, as it is one block from the beach, but as a getaway the rest of the year it is also very good. We even had lunch outside in the sun one afternoon. There is room to park 2 cars next to the house, the neighborhood is very quiet, but close to places to eat and run errands. I didn't know the spa, a very nice option to return in January. Communication with Patricia was clear and effective. Thank you!

We simply love this place! m I felt totally at home. Beautiful Apt, with a breathtaking view of the marina, the spacious and super comfortable bed, rich kitchen in utensils, thick bath towel (different from other airbnb), clean and smelling bedding. In addition, the location is wonderful, two blocks of the market, ice creamer underneath, close to everything. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, we really came out very pleased! I had the feeling that the host thinks of all the details. I can say it was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed!!

We spent almost a month in this beautiful apartment, where we felt at home. The location, steps from the sea and in one of the most beautiful areas of Punta del Este, is fabulous. Lelio was very kind and Wilton, the manager, was extremely warm and decisive. Ester, the lady who cleaned the apartment, was also very attentive.

Great place right next to the beach and the staff at this building are amazing and very helpful. I didn't like the shower in the master bathroom because of the limited glass covered portion but the second bathroom shower is perfect and the water pressure is amazing. I would say it's probably the best shower I've ever used in my life.
