Perfect stay, comfortable for the whole family!

This home is set right in front of a beautiful red rock mountain, easy access to trails, playgrounds and markets. This was perfect for our family! Water park was loads of fun, home was gorgeous and clean and fully appointed. Beds were even really comfortable!

Absolutely loved our stay here. the house was the perfect size for a big group. felt like we had great open area for gathering and all being together. pool was right across the street they're pickleball courts close by a path to run on. it filled the needs and so much more of our whole group.

Amazing place and amazing view! High end finishes and comfortable beds. Steam shower and washer and dryer in master bathroom was a plus. We spent most time enjoying the view. Kitchen is full stocked. Nice coffee machine and blender. We made breakfast everyday and went hiking in Zion National Park during the day. The hot tub and pool are right next door. Can’t ask for a better location. Very private and serene.

We had a relaxing stay in the great nature.The area around the house was also very clean and I felt at ease in a quiet residential area.I want to stay again!

This was a great stay! Everything looked exactly like the photos. We had so much fun at all of the different pools. This unit is super close to 2 pools and a playground so it was perfect. The Hub where the rest of the pools are, was only about a 5 minute walk. The house served its purpose and my kids enjoyed playing with the Legos. There were plenty of beds and towels for our group.

This location can't beat and the home was clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing too! We will be back!

Enjoyed our stay at the Casita. Much nicer than a hotel. The community was peaceful and had beautiful surroundings. It was a great place to relax after a long day of hiking. Nice location to Zion. So much to do and see! Chris was super easy to work with. Thanks so much, Chris!

From the moment we checked in to this lovely property, we knew we had chosen well. It checked all the boxes on our wish list for our family of 5. The master suite was AMAZING with en-suite that looked and felt brand new. The other 3 bedrooms were very comfortable as well. We utilized the outdoor pool and hot tub every day after our activities. Alesha was a very kind and responsive host. She was so generous with offering amenities like lots of towels for shower and pool, pool floats, outdoor grill, bicycles and much more. The neighborhood was quiet, with homes showing tremendous pride of ownership. It was an easy drive to activities like golf and hiking as well as to shops for provisions and restaurants. We could not have enjoyed ourselves more!

This home is an Airbnb gem - if you’re looking and it’s open, book it. It is totally serene, the view is amazing, and the house is stunning inside. Everything is new, high quality, and well decorated. Very relaxing and serene. Ivins is a special spot, just outside of St George. Hike in Snow Canyon, theater at 5 Tuachan, trip to Zion. Perfection.

We’ve come to Saint George every spring for many years and this was our favorite place to stay. Comfortable, clean home with beautiful surroundings. And the location was perfect for us. Definitely would love to stay again!

Great home, perfect for our family of 17. Needed a few more dishwasher pods and paper towels for a group our size, but no biggy - we bought more. Loved how close we were to the pools. We had a great time. Thanks John!

This is a beautiful home in a great area. It had everything we could have needed and was very comfortable. We have 6 boys and they loved the house and all the pools and water places to play. It was also very close to a lot of outdoor attractions and trails, which is why we come down here to visit. I have nothing but positive things to say about this home. We would love to stay here again.

Very cool place with a huge pool!

This place was great! It was in a very nice new neighborhood 5-10 minutes from everything. Highly recommend booking!

This was a very nice, well appointed space. It occupies a basement below an RV garage, so it was very cool during a stretch of 100° days. The lighting is well done and sort of hides the fact that you are underground. One other nice touch was the motion-sensor night lights in the halls, helpful at night. The kitchen area is spacious, fully appointed, and allowed us to have meals in the unit. There are two bedrooms; the master bedroom is also spacious and comfortable, and the bath was poutine and adequately sized. The second bedroom has a single bunk over a double bunk, probably best for a family of three or fewer kids who get along. As a 6'7" man, the bed & corner shower was perhaps not meant for me, and my wife had to sleep on the upper bunk (we let our friends use the master bedroom with the king sized bed). There is a nice pool with a waterfall feature, and a corner jacuzzi. Andy was always responsive, and we enjoyed our 7 night stay.

We had a wonderful girls’ trip to Brooke’s place—honestly, it exceeded our expectations! The bedrooms were beautiful with comfortable beds, the bathrooms were spacious and luxurious, and the kitchen and seating areas were perfect for relaxing and spending time together. We had such a great time and will definitely be back. Thank you, Brooke!

We were 2 couples traveling together and this place was perfect for us because of the 2 beautiful bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. We stayed in the area so we could visit Zion & Bryce, it was a bit of drive to both but fine for us. We loved the pool & lazy river & putt putt. We had a great time & loved the place!

Allan was a great host and gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The house was great for a family of 5. It was also very close to Zion National Park and only a couple of hours from Bryce Canyon. We had an amazing visit.

We had a great time at Michael’s place. It was clean, spacious, and modern. The pools in the community were great, and we enjoyed spending time in St George.

The condo was amazing. Our family of four stayed here for a week while exploring southwest Utah and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. There was tons of space, the beds were AMAZING, the views were stunning, the hot tub was lovely, and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend Garr’s place to anyone visiting the area!

I don’t even know where to start! This place is an absolute gem. I had my micro wedding of 16 people and 12 out of the 16 stayed in this beautiful home. We all had our own space and privacy! And to top it off our host went above and beyond to help accommodate me even BEFORE checkin. She allowed me to mail my wedding sparklers (that I couldn’t bring on the plane) to her address so I could have them for my special day! She also let us check in a few hours early! Which really helped us and our large group get settled in. I could just go on! 10/10 experience. And I quite literally cried when it was time to go because the wedding/the house/my friends and family under one roof to celebrate my husband and myself was literally priceless!
