It is located in the center of Torrozelo, 10 minutes from Seia and 15 minutes from Oliveira do Hospital. Villa Sumagre is located in Quinta de Peleiros, a charming house with more than 100 years of existence, which was abandoned and was recently renovated and transformed into a luxury accommodation with amenities that you will not find anywhere else and that make the experience unforgettable, unique and with a desire to repeat. Based on the history associated with the fur business of the first owners of the house, 4 Villas were created whose names were inspired by themes related to the art of fur tanning.

It is heated by Air Conditioning in the living room / kitchen. 40inch Smart TV with 100+ channels, NETFLIX, 100mbs Fiber Internet. Portable outdoor grill with charcoal. Coffee machine, salt, vinegar, olive oil, sugar and coffee. We offer shampoo / gel, towels and clean sheets for each guest. We use Ozono technology for maximum sterilization of the place.

The pool is SHARED. We have other guest house in the farm. This granite walled cottage fits up to four people.There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with a warm fire place and great views. We have on the first floor an independent studio for 2 People. There is also a pool (shared!) and a Pétanque field for the summer days. The highlight is the nature. You'll stay at the Serra da Estrela Natural Park, with 27 hectares of property to explore.

The Casa das Andorinhas is located in the center of the village of Folgosa da Madalena, near the city of Seia. Ideal for families wishing to visit Serra da Estrela, the open space house has a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed and upstairs a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped to prepare meals. You can enjoy the various hiking trails, the ski resort in winter and in summer the various river beaches that are a few minutes' drive from Casa das Andorinhas.

This 4-bedroom accommodation is set in a rural space, with a privileged view of Serra da Estrela, located next to the entrance of Seia. This space allows you to view unique landscapes, highlighting the region's vineyards in the surroundings, and visits to farms can be scheduled in order to get an idea of how the wine of the Demarcated Dão Region is produced. We also recommend the region's gastronomy, being able to savor typical products such as Serra da Estrela Cheese and requeijão.
