If you want some down time, this is the place. It's close to Ruta de Vin and about 30-35 minutes to main town of Santa Cruz. Location and isolation was fine for us. We loved the old construction, the wine tasting provided to us by Matt and the wine he produced. My only FYI would be 1) no breakfast is included. I recommend this be removed from the amenities on Airbnb as we were not prepared to make our own breakfast since it is posted on the website that breakfast was provided. 2) We also noticed that the place needed a good cleaning; sink splatter on mirror, handles of all sinks need to be wiped down, glass in shower cleaned with proper cleaning agent, spiderwebs cleared, windows need a good cleaning, exterior need to have cobwebs swept. We know the priority is the vineyard and while we loved staying here, these little things would increase the value worth of cost. Matt was absolutely wonderful and as winos, we really loved the wine produced here. We would recommend.

The place is comfortable and clean. Although it is important to mention that it is on the 4th floor and does not have an elevator ( important for 3rd age people or families with baby and car.) Other than that, the Apartment was spotless, very nice, and tidy. Secure sector. Friendly host. We were 2 adults and 3 children, the stay was comfortable.

The pool was in good condition and took advantage of a lot, as was the green areas that were very well cared for. Angelina is always very attentive and concerned. She was quick to respond to all my questions. We could even check out at no cost. The Rapel sector is beautiful, with wonderful landscapes. The house is as seen in the photos, very nice and well decorated. The only detail is that the pool and club house is not inside the condominium of houses itself, but on a land of the same across the street, and it does not have chairs or lounge chairs and one must carry their own (which in the sector do not sell); In any case, the pool area is beautiful because it faces the lake and has a wonderful view.
