The place is awesome! It’s got a great vide, love the pool, and it’s a short walk to the beach. The room is super clean, and comfortable. The place has a great laid back vibe. Ryan is an awesome host! He’s a big surfer and has a bunch of surfboards to rent at a great rate. He also has a quad to rent too. He’s super responsive with anything I need. A lot of the people have come back year after year here. And I am definitely coming back next year! I couldn’t recommended enough.

I was lucky and had the dorm to myself, but it is big and well equipped, as is the kitchen and bathrooms. The pool's wonderful, as is the sitting area and layout. And the A/C was good to have given the humidity. The only suggestion I could make would be the possibility of adding some kind of anti-mosquito device, (like the electric zappers), as they are around, (but then, that's true of all of Tamarindo). Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Simone's place to everyone - and would be happy to stay there again.

What an amazing and beautiful Airbnb. It is a very special, peaceful, comfortable and a short walk to the beach and into town . The grounds are a tropical paradise. The housekeepers and the groundskeeper are extraordinarily kind. I could not have been happier with my stay. It was a wonderful choice. I would not consider staying anywhere else when I visit again. Thank you Ryan for a lively time.

Great location, right in town and very short walk to the beach. Pool is refreshing, Walter is nice and there’s a cute iguana.

I consider it one of the best places I have been able to visit in the Flamingo area, where it has ALL the amenities and more. Beautiful, modern and COMFORTABLE construction. I really recommend it, Sebastian's service is unbeatable, really 10/10. RECOMMENDED. Sebastian is an excellent host. Very helpful and considerate.

Great place near Santa Cruz downtown

We adored our stay at this boutique hotel! Everything was perfect. The staff first of all was kind, welcoming and very helpful. They helped with whatever we needed. The location, right next to Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, made it easy to go for yoga/pilates/spa, ect - 1min walk. The pool area is relaxing! I will definitely come back to this place if in Nosara.

We stayed here two years in a row and love the place for its proximity to the beach and the pool access. The property is absolutely beautiful and Kim is a wonderful host. Our time at the Fenix has been thoroughly amazing - we will definitely be back one day!

Now this is a true gem of a place centrally located in Tamarindo. You get the peace and quiet of being away from the beach and bars but that's only a few blocks away. Besides, I found that the best restaurants up up in this area. Everything was perfect about the Treehouse, where I stayed. I couldn't help noticing the wonderful feminine touches about the place. It's super clean, nice, quiet and the courtyard is enchanting. I just wish I had a love traveling with me. The breakfast is on the top of my experience through Central America so you cannot go wrong staying here for a visit. Daniela, I will be back- if you'll have me. Pura Vida!!!

Denise was so helpful answering my questions and giving me recommendations! The hotel is very simple and has everything you need. The free breakfast is a nice touch. The room was clean and the AC worked well. The hotel is not far from the beach and main area of Tamarindo, however, there aren’t sidewalks so it’s not walkable. Denise warned me of this ahead of time. I didn’t rent a car so I took Ubers everyday and they were only $5 each way.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. It was easy to find, has parking, and the location is so close to to the beach. It was really nice using the provided beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards. We also really enjoyed using the common refrigerator and kitchen. The breakfast every morning was delicious! We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay here, lovely peaceful location, close to the big grocery store and the gas station. Fairly reasonable pricing

My family and I were very satisfied, the house was spacious, in very good condition, the sheets and the house in general were very clean. The location of the excellent house very close to the most beautiful beaches and shopping centers. Super recommended, the attention of the owner is very kind and flexible.
