Located in the center, overlooking the García Sanabria park, specifically in the Fernando Pessoa square, famous for a characteristic colored fountain designed by the Canarian artist Pepe Dámaso, whose sound accompanies us throughout the day. Being an attic of an old building, it is on the fourth floor, but there is no elevator.
