Everything was perfect. I was especially impressed with the view, the comfort, and the privacy. Being able to have my coffee in peace, or even to unwind in front on the tv, after a day of activities, meant the world to me. I would definitely come back just to enjoy that beautiful, quiet space. Worth every penny.❤️

Wina place was excellent 😌I have nothing but positive feedback ! Wina is very good at communicating and answering any questions you have. The place is located in a very beautiful peaceful neighborhood which makes you feel safe ! The place is perfect feels right at home very clean. One thing I loved was the early check in Wina offers, of course when you ask her before hand ! I would definitely stay here once again !

If you're considering this place, don't hesitate to make your reservation! The home is so inviting. Jonathan's parents Reyna and Phillip stay on site downstairs. They make you feel so welcomed and comfortable with their kindness and hospitality. The photos of the place are already so nice but they don't do it justice. The whole living space is clean and spacious. The flooring is beautiful. There are two restrooms. 1 full and one half bath making it so convenient with large groups. The beds are comfortable with their layered blankets. There are beautiful balconies and wall to wall books to enjoy. I could go on and on. They also provide snacks and beverages for their guests. It is such a well thought out and generous presentation. They have lots of towels readily available. We would definitely stay here again. It is also a great location, just a few minutes away from eateries and local shopping.

I loved staying here! Me and my dogs were super comfortable and had the best time. My stay was super relaxing and everything was on point. Definitely would like to stay again in the future :)

We loved our stay at Steve and Kathy's place! The space is quiet and peaceful and in a great location. Steve and Kathy were excellent hosts and very communicative. I would definitely stay there again next time I'm in the area and highly recommend it!

Our stay at Suzette's was immaculate. Her two dogs were so incredibly friendly and it was a pleasure to chat with Suzette and Clarence briefly, both so welcoming. The water pressure was great, neighborhood was quiet and safe, and check-in/out was so simple. You really cannot ask for a better AirBnB and it was certainly one of our best stays on the platform. We'd love to return!

Great little place for someone who just needs a place to shower and sleep. No kitchen but there is a small fridge and microwave. The private patio is cozy and beautiful. I am definitely staying there again whenever I go to LA!

Hands down Armando is the best host we've ever encountered. He's a 5star super host.

Beds were 10/10 which i think is Gem in itself! Lots of natural sunlight, lots of room. Host were super friendly. Lots of restaurants, activities, and night life around the area.

Amazing Place. Would Stay Again

Rachel has quite the elaborate backyard garden with chickens, bananas, peaches, lemons, has the feel of a secret garden, a homey vibe in an urban neighborhood. Walkable to coffee, restaurants, San Pedro fish market, Cabrillo marina, close to the highway if you wanna explore LA. Room was clean, microwave & fridge, Keurig, spacious full bathroom.

Amazing! Our stay at Diane’s place was nothing short of a blessing. We needed some flexibility on the back end of our trip and she was so accommodating. The Garottage was super comfortable, we felt safe and right at home. 10/10!

Daniella is Awesome!!!!! This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with great cafes and shops nearby. The host went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and even left basket of snacks, coffee, bottles of water for the stay. I only wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!!!!

Absolutely fantastic stay overall! The space is well decorated and stocked with a unique, comfortable feel. All of the little things you need are there. The views are stunning and the balcony is incredible! Josh is a fantastic host that communicates well. I’ve done many other Airbnbs in the area and this is my favorite!

Tamryn's place exceeded my expectations in every way. The pictures were accurate, and yet somehow did not do justice to just how special the apartment or its surroundings are! There were many thoughtful touches throughout: there was ground coffee, half and half, Greek yogurt and granola available in the fridge for breakfast, hand lotion and sunscreen available in the bathroom, and it seemed that the linens had been washed in scentless detergent, which I really appreciate because I'm super sensitive to soaps and scents. The apartment itself was surprisingly spacious, with a full-size bathroom and cute kitchenette and dining table overlooking their gardens. It was perfect for a weekend stay and I found myself wishing I could stay even longer. Many thanks to Tamryn and her family for the comfortable and well-appointed guest suite!

My second stay here and I always love every moment. Quiet, private and tucked away down some stairs at the back of the hosts' residence. Gregory is super friendly and very responsive to any questions or requests. Bed is super comfy (I have a lumbar disc issue and I did not experience any pain or discomfort). There is a sizable bathroom and attached closet with a sliding door for privacy. Perfect for a solo traveler, a couple or two very good friends. Plenty of coffee pods provided. Neighborhood is peaceful, safe and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and freeways. Ample parking available that does not require a resident pass. Hoping to return next year for my annual visit!

A quiet, beautiful place. So glad we stayed here. It was very easy all around. Street parking, kind host… clean and the bed was very comfortable. I love the layout of this place, the kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Coffeeeee was supplied, everything is nicely marked… it checked all of the boxes. A big thumbs up!!!

Very beautiful home in a tranquil neighborhood! This was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting Orange and Irvine, CA. Loretta was a welcoming, attentive, and detail-oriented host. Would absolutely recommend to anybody visiting this area.

Location location location!!! This is a perfect place for a stay on 2nd! We never had to uber anywhere. So many shops and restaurants. The beach is a an easy short 10 minute walk. The place is so perfect for 2 and so convenient!! Loved the weekend here and would definitely recommend!

We had an excellent time, and Nick was the perfect host. The location was ideal for our needs and close to wonderful shopping, with an eclectic mix of cafes and restaurants nearby, plus other area attractions for exploring or hanging out. Morning coffee, relaxing on the deck with hummingbirds aplenty, seamlessly added to the ambiance. Cheers to good vibes and a charming place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at James' place! The ADU was private and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked as well. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. There was a lot of parking available but getting in and out can be tight depending on how well people park, so having a larger SUV may be tough.

Great place with a lovely patio and garden in a fantastic neighborhood. Host was very friendly and responsive, with clear details on everything. Highly recommended.
