As described on the home page. Quiet and central place; you have a mall, supermarkets and places to eat super close. The unit is perfect for resting and comes fully equipped.

When I’m in Guayama I always stay at Novela - apartments are spotless clean and they even have coffee ready with all that is need it for next morning. Thanks you

The place is nice, spacious and convenient. It was located by the highway and plenty of food places. The neighborhood was also quiet and pretty. Raul was a great host. He contacted me right away every time I had a question. He was generous to let us go in before our check in time. I will definitely stay again at Raul’s airbnb if I go to Puerto Rico again. The beach was also close by.

Where do I even begin? This house offers some of the most beautiful views of the Juana Díaz area. We truly enjoyed starting our mornings with peaceful drives down the mountain to pick up fresh bread from the local bakery. Although the home is located on a small mountain, it is very easy to access, and everything you may need is only a few minutes away. As for the house itself, it is absolutely charming. It was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything a family might need. The hosts were extremely attentive and thoughtful during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet, well maintained, and we felt safe and comfortable at all times. My wife and I plan to return next summer!

We enjoyed our stay at Beverly’s place. It was. Very clean, the a/c units kept us cool and comfortable and Beverly was a very attentive host. We will definitely return the next time we are in town to visit family.

The Airbnb was excellent. The place was quiet and safe; my kids played outside without a care. The pool was just for us, and although we didn't go to the beach, walking along the coast was spectacular. The room was impeccable, with everything you need and a nice scent. They even had repellent available, which was useful for mosquitoes in the morning and at sunset. It's an Airbnb in a prime location. We loved it and want to go back!

Great place to enjoy nature and relax. Great restaurants nearby and markets. Apartments have everything that you need and great parking spot. Definitely coming back again.

Ricardo’s place was immaculate and right in the center of town. We enjoyed walking to the town plaza on Sunday to enjoy the artisans, food and music. Very happy with our stay.
