This studio provides secure keyless entry and card to access the building and private parking spot.

It's a very comfortable, spacious and nice place, right in the heart of Guatemala City. It has a great view because it's located in the 11th floor. You can find different restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, shops and touristic places nearby. It has a queen bed, sofa bed, another huge sofa, bathroom with hot water, washer and dryer machine, dining room, a desk where you can work on your computer, Wi-Fi, NETFLIX, HBO and cable TV. There is an EcoFilter for water and a fan. IT INCLUDES PARKING.

The sabbatical house

Set in a coffee lot by a unique wetland area, this home is about twenty minutes away from Antigua. Still, it feels a world away. You'll spend peaceful days in the lush gardens and walk to the Mayan towns of San Antonio and Santa Catarina Barahona. Should you like, you can also get to know the kids who visit the "Caldo de Piedra" library next door. (Proceeds go to support it.) Pickup and drop-off is in Antigua is provided free of charge (weekdays, up to 6 pm). Nature-, book-friendly.

The apt is located in the busiest area 2 blocks from the Arco de Santa Catalina and 4 from the central park. NO PARKING IS AVAILABLE, but there is paid parking 50 mts. There are supermarkets, banks and ruins 2 blocks away. Gozaras of privacy and a quiet environment. I coordinate TRANSPORTATION with an additional charge. Azvlik House is located in Jocotenango, 8 minutes from downtown Antigua, in a very pleasant condominium with coffee plants and plenty of nature. 24-hour security.
