Holiday rentals with a patio in Santa Luzia

We’ve not stayed at a better location, highly recommended. Located just a few minutes walk from a world-class beach. A secure location within a complex that allows you to reside with others in the community, while at the same time having privacy. Every convenience and necessity is made available. The kitchen facilities are modern and very complete, all that you may need during an extended visit is provided. Manta Rota is a delightful village, we made many new friends. The hosts, Lucy and Carlos, are welcoming, helpful and friendly. They involved themselves personally to be sure we were comfortable and fully satisfied. They made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. They have a flair for decoration and delight in creating a chic and upscale ambiance. The cleanliness, quality and decor is first rate. Facilities are modern & in top condition. Description and photos are completely accurate. Heating systems were excellent. We booked to return, which confirms our recommendation.

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Faro! The space was exactly as pictured - bright, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, making self-catering a breeze. The balcony was a real highlight, and we had one of our most comfortable sleeps here. We also really appreciated the flexibility with late check-out, and it was lovely to have a friendly chat with the cleaner before we left. Highly recommended!

We had a very nice week as a family of three in Casa Regina, Apartment 2. We were able to sit comfortably on the large terrace. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. We were able to use the pool and garden nicely. Washing machine great. Andrew and his mother Lurdes were very responsive and communicative. In case of problems with the shower, they responded quickly and there were cookies and wine as a small compensation. When booking, Andrew also points out that it is a quiet residential unit. It is actually important to consider this, as the apartments are quite close to each other. Apartment 3 adjoins the large bedroom and, depending on the neighbors, it can also be a bit noisy. You can also always hear the street, but at night it is relatively quiet and also at the pool it is idyllic. It should also be mentioned that the entrance from apartment 1 leads to the terrace of apartment 2. We had very nice neighbors, so it wasn't disturbing for us.

This was probably the best Airbnb apartment we’ve ever stayed in. From start to finish the communication with the hosts was outstanding—they kept us informed throughout and made check-in and our entire stay completely seamless. The apartment itself was bright, spacious, and airy, with top-notch finishes and stylish decor. It was unbelievably well equipped with everything you could possibly need—kitchenware, appliances, & more. We were warmly welcomed by Marisa, a friend of the hosts, who gave us a thorough walkthrough of the place. The hosts also phoned to personally welcome us, and there was a lovely bottle of wine waiting to share. The balcony was fantastic, with canopies providing perfect shade, and we enjoyed a beautiful sea view. Despite there being lots of parties in Albufeira that weekend, the apartment’s doors and windows offered excellent soundproofing, ensuring peaceful nights. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent communication, extremely responsive , friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and very peaceful. I wanted somewhere quite with minimal tourists . This was perfect . The sea breeze kept the apartment cool . There is sun on the terrace but due to the positioning of the flat and roof on the terrace the sun doesn't come inside which keeps it cool in the day. Right next to the train station . A very short walk to the beach . 5 mins from a grocery store . Do note that there is now building works directly infront of the terrace which obstructs the view , but you can still see the sea - just not aswell. I was worried the workman would be loud but actually I barely heard them . Also you will need to buy pods for the coffee machine from the store . This was the perfect peaceful short break I needed.

We spent a pleasant week with the family in this accommodation: convenient, clean, thoughtfully furnished and tastefully decorated, which really helped make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The welcome was warm and caring, and our interactions with the owner were very pleasant, Ivone was particularly attentive to our needs and shared many tips for visiting the region.

Everything was perfect so it would be useless to add comments. We found a perfect home with a basket of great oranges waiting for us. Water bottles in the fridge and shampoo and body soap in the shower. The terrace is the icing on top. The location was perfect for us because in a few minutes we reached all the golf courses where we played. Thank you Rodrigo!

Steffanie was great at check-in, she met us there early and talked us through the place. Lovely apartment with a great pool that our girls loved even in the cooler weather. The apartment is close to a nice street full of restaurants and bars. We took a taxi to Tavira a few times as we loved exploring there.

We loved our stay at the Villa. It is in an absolutely beautiful area, with beautiful views of the sea from the pool. The bedrooms are excellent, with loads of space in the kitchen and living area. Our favourite things were the SONOS sound system and the Barbecue, both made our trip superb. The padel court is a bit of walk but well worth playing- and of course, it’s very easy to get taxis. And then both of the hosts, Anders and Diego were extremely helpful. Both extremely responsive at all times and made our stay even better. We will definitely try to come back next year, everyone in my group had the best time!

I am extremely satisfied with this accommodation experience. The room was very comfortable. The host turned on all the air conditioners in the house before we arrived, allowing us to enjoy the pleasant coolness as soon as we arrived. The location is also excellent, very close to the beach with rich seaside activities. It's a peaceful and comfortable resort area. The locals are very friendly, unlike some tourist attractions where people are not so kind to visitors. I highly recommend this area and the host—5-star rating!

We adored Michelle’s property, it was the perfect spot for us to relax and unwind, while having endless fun in the pool and watching the stars on the rooftop! The property is in a beautiful secluded area perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday with privacy, it was very clean, great amenities and the most stunning scenic surroundings to the property with a wonderful pool and dinning area where we have lovely dinners and got ready for evenings out together. Michelle was the most responsive and generous host we have come across who offered suggestions, instructions and help throughout the trip, replying with lightening speed. There is no wonder they’re a super post, if I could rate it 6 stars I would! Amazing.

We had a fantastic stay at Amanda’s Villa. Had everything you needed for the stay - amazing amenities (especially in the kitchen). Was really accommodating for a larger group and we all had a great time. Would definitely recommend!!

Just wow! Rita met us to check us in and contacted us several times to make sure all was well. Any little issues were addressed right away, kindly and professionally. The little house was clean and cozy with great patio to enjoy a glass of wine with a view to the distant sea. We loved everything and Rita is wonderful!!!! Can’t recommend highly enough. Hope to return!

The accommodation is located in a very small side street, it is quiet and yet only a few steps from the center. The accommodation was perfect for our 2-day stay in Faro. Everything was clean and tidy. All rooms have air conditioning (which is also necessary, as the house is hardly insulated, as is customary in the country, and heats up a lot, especially on the upper floor). Everything necessary was available and in good condition.

Absolutely loved our stay in Tavira The place was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and perfectly located. The host was super responsive. The outdoor space of the apartment is amazing and the amenities were top-notch. The neighborhood was charming with plenty of great eats and drinks nearby. Can't recommend this spot enough – would definitely book again in a heartbeat!

We are just back from a week's stay and would highly recommend this house & would like thank Cristina & Salvador. The location is very central and close to all the restaurants / cafes & shops. Also it was a short walk to the boat out to Tavira Island & the Train station in Tavira which we recommend for day trips. Eating in was made all the easier with all the local fresh produce found at the market and the roof top terrace made for relaxing peaceful evenings.

Favorite of the stay, very clean apartment, a super nice terrace with ocean view. The beach is across the street, I highly recommend it

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful, well-equipped and sparkling clean apartment. Filipe was always easily accessible and also contacted us proactively. The apartment is very close to nice restaurants and to the boat dock on the beach. There were always free parking spaces right in front of the apartment complex. We did not need the two underground parking spaces belonging to the apartment. Thank you, Filipe, for the opportunity to postpone the check-out a little and for the many good restaurant tips. I'd love to come back and look forward to the next stay in Cabanas de Tavira and in your beautiful apartment.

We arrived late after our flight was delayed and Rui was there waiting to check us in and show us around. Apartment in lovely location close to shops, restaurants and beach. We were there with 2 small kids and had great time. Rui was in contact during the week to make sure all was ok and very quick to reply to any questions. Had a fabulous week here would highly recommend.

The accommodation, hosts, and location were all like a dream—filled with love and beauty. The owners were incredibly kind and caring, always helpful while also respecting our privacy. Our whole family enjoyed every moment, from watching the golfers to driving through the orange groves, and having fun on the trampoline and in the pool. Everything was top-notch. If I had to search for a negative (and I really had to think hard to find one), it would be just the occasional thought of whether a golfer's ball might come flying our way! 😂

Great apartment looks better than photos very tastefully done interiors very helpfull and responsive hosts we had a late flight and they allowed us a late check out till 5pm,very accommodating and also allowed us an early check in. The apartment was really lovely and spotlessly clean. Maura provided a list of recommendations such as places to visit and local restaurants and welcomed us with a selection of local produce. We would thoroughly recommend.
