There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

Small, rustic Alentejo house, renovated, with the essential comforts to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, but also close to the immensity of the sea. Private, fenced space, with 2 houses nearby, belonging to the owner, with little movement and absolute discretion. It has a barbecue and a covered space for outdoor dining. Access: 2.5 km from the village of Melides, where you can buy all the necessary consumer goods at the Market and Minimarkets, as well as shops, cafes and restaurants.

Monte das Casolas is a rural retreat nestled amid an unspoiled oak forest (Montado) in the countryside near Grândola. Surrounded by rolling hills and lush green or yellow landscapes, this enchanting destination offers an authentic experience where you will immerse yourself in peace and nature. The houses have a kitchen and a spacious living room and a lounge area with a wood-burning stove. There are three ensuite bedrooms with double beds. You will have access to a common swimming pool.

Casita da Pool is a rustic getaway, in a quiet area, close to the wonderful landscape of the Costa Vicentina stuffed with beautiful beaches. Casita has a small bedroom with a toilet and shower and a living room with a sofa with a fully equipped kitchenette. Outside there is a private area with barbecue and a pool(shared). Welcome to the Serra de Grândola, a peaceful and serene area, perfect for those who like to be close to nature. The house is located in the village of São Francisco da Serra, with its small church, windmills and cork extraction workers. Nestled on the top of its hill, the house allows quick access to the lagoon of Santo André and the ocean (10km), the villages of Melides (15km), Grândola and Comporta. A car will be required.

Monte São Francisco

The house is located at the secluded end of the village of São Francisco da Serra, only 13km from the ocean and 15 min by car to some of the best beaches in the South of Portugal. The house has its original rural character and atmosphere of the Portuguese houses from Alentejo region, built on the hill, surrounded by the cork and olive trees, providing calm, quiet and views of the starry sky and amazing sunsets.

This unique space has a style in itself. Located 1 hour from Lisbon and next to the Comporta/Melides coastal axis, this is the ideal starting point to get to know the region. Located in the center of Grândola, it benefits from walking distance to all shops and services, including restaurants and grocery stores. Inserted in an old property rehabilitated and adapted to current comfort.

This refuge is in the middle of a large forest of cork oaks, with more than 30 hectares, with many paths for pleasant walks, watching many varieties of birds, several places to practice Yoga, or simply contemplating the cork oak forest or the horizon. Just renovated (January 2023), enjoy this cozy and sunny cottage in middle of nature. There is total privacy much needed for calming and relaxing vacation. The comfortable porch invites to beautiful sunsets and outdoor meals. It's near amazing beaches and the charming village of Melides. We have great internet which makes this house perfect for guests working remotely.
