Sono proprietario di più appartamenti in Castellabate. L' oggetto della foto è un piano terzo in via Lungomare Pepi, sulla spiaggia, nel centro della frazione Santa Maria. Il balcone fronte mare permette di godersi un paesaggio unico. Le due camere letto sono provviste di materassi e guanciali tutti in memory foam. Infissi in PVC, tapparelle motorizzate e serratura digitale all'ingresso. Possibilita' di parcheggio. Non é consentito prenotare immediatamente senza prima contattare il proprietario.

Grazie alla posizione centrale di questo alloggio di nuova costruzione, è possibile accedere facilmente a tutte le attrazioni locali: il Parco Archeologico di Paestum a solo 600m, il mare a 1,5km, Next capaccio a 500m, via Tavernelle a 500 m dove si trovano i locali di tendenza. In estate, in paese e nella zona circostante, le serate vengono rallegrate da sagre e feste popolari, con degustazione di prodotti tipici del luogo.
