The construction is new as well as the furniture inside. the apartment is open concept, there is only one screen that separates the bedroom area with the room, to give some privacy. There is a sofa bed, double size, in the living room. The apartment has large windows that provide excellent lighting. It has a nice terrace, surrounded by plants.
