House in the La Peña area, built on two levels. On the ground floor are the 3 carpeted bedrooms, all with a bathroom. Upstairs is a large living room with a fireplace, a bar with a counter, a dining room for 6 people, integrated into the kitchen through a bar. The house has a small covered terrace, as well as an uncovered terrace with a built-in barbecue, with a magnificent view of the lake and La Peña. It has a small pool and parking for 3 cars.

Our price is based on occupancy for 2, from 3 people there is a fee per additional guest, the space allows up to 4. Views of the lake, tall pine trees, valley and mountains.
