Beach apartment holiday rentals in Santa Monica

Ted is an extremely responsive host. he answered all questions/concerns promptly and with clear instructions. The unit is clean, in good working order and has lots of room. I travelled with my husband, toddler, parents, brother and sister in law and we all enjoyed our time here. Ted has thoughtfully provided a baby gate, high chair and pack and play. The condo has a full working kitchen including a microwave, toaster and coffee machine and all the cookware and diningware you could need. The unit has air conditioning, fans and lots of windows/doors to keep the unit a comfortable temperature The location is unbeatable, just steps away from 2 beaches. With the one by the Mariana being very kid friendly. We enjoyed our time here and would stay at the unit again if we were to return to Newport.

Unfortunately didn’t get to stay in this exact Airbnb due to a maintenance issue. But Larry did everything he could do to make sure I had appropriate accommodation, was easy to communicate with, and even still gave me access to the sauna and rooftop pool. Thanks for helping me have a great trip Larry!

Sharon’s Newport Airbnb was the perfect getaway with stunning views and a comfortable family vibe… perfect for the 6 of us… The beds made for a great night’s rest, and the place had everything we needed. Being able to easily park 2 vehicles was a huge plus. And, place is within walking distance of many conveniences including a deli and pharmacy.

We stayed here for 3 days as a family of 4. We attended an event at the convention center in the afternoon, while enjoying the beach in the mornings. Overall quite satisfied. If you are driving here, try to park your car before 8pm otherwise you will have trouble finding a parking space. If you get stuck finding a spot nearby, check out Linden and Ocean intersection (along Ocean Blvd). It is a 10min walking distance, there are always available spots on the street - metered park free until 9am.

This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

Beautiful place, steps from the beach, walkable shops, coffee shops, restaurants galore! Joan and Joe were excellent responsive hosts. Highly recommend both Newport Beach and Joan and Joe’s place!

Pros: the place is very conveniently located, linens on the bed were so soft and comfortable. Kitchen had great appliances and amenities. Pool is heated and quite pleasant. Can walk to the Malibu Pier. Cons: beach felt isolated from the “action”, but for some this would be a positive since it’s pretty private. Biggest issue was cell service. Not home owners fault, but I have Verizon and had no service while in the condo. Like, no bars / SOS message. And then when I left the condo and went to the pool I had no WiFi or cell service. Not a huge deal but a minor inconvenience worth pointing out.

This house was very clean, spacious, nicely decorated and in the perfect location for our trip. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations during our stay!

Great place. Location is very convenient. Spotlessly clean. Everything seems to be brand new. Hosts are perfect. Will definitely return.

It was an amazing stay! Alan made sure we got settled in comfortably. He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us recommendations where to find food. He also let me borrow his fan to sleep because I can not sleep with out a fan and he checked in while we were there making sure we were having a Great Time! The place is in a perfect spot and offered everything and more to make our stay PERFECT!! I am ready to go back already!! Thank you all for making this vacation the best it could be!!!

Ocean views and more!!! Martha greeted us and gave a quick tour. She's adorable, warm and so friendly❤️ She had the slider door open already so when we walked in the ocean breeze filled the room. I got chills with the accompanying view of the beach. The whole vacation was Paradise. Linda was so accommodating and helpful. Her communication was great and very responsive. I had everything I needed to cook and the pictures don't do the space justice.. We'll definitely be back!!!

Super place to stay in Long Beach, close to beach, quiet neighbourhood. Big plus is private parking and no deposit! 11/10 🔥🔥🔥

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely studio apartment conveniently located just a short walk from the water. In fact, everything was within walking distance! In the future, whenever we stay in Long Beach, we will be checking for availability here first. The apartment was spotless and well maintained. The bed was super comfy, too! I drank my morning coffee on the balcony and just enjoyed the view. The building felt very secure. The clearly detailed instructions Nico provided made the check-in process stress free. And, when we did have any questions, Nico was very attentive and always responded within minutes. We had no issues with the parking garage and were confident our vehicle was in a safe location. Ultimately, this is one of the best places we’ve stayed under the Airbnb umbrella.

Great little place with everything you need including a great little market downstairs and great restaurants nearby

The only word I can say to describe Jim’s place is amazing. It really is. What an absolute privilege to stay in such a beautiful apartment on such a beautiful beach. The apartment had everything we needed and more, Jim was absolutely razor sharp responsive and when he nipped over to see us for an hour he left us feeling like we’d made a friend! What a great guy. Thank you, Jim. We’ll definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay on Balboa Island. My family has rented many homes on the island. This rental was one of the best! Clean, comfortable, great view and quiet! Just what we were looking for!

The location was excellent, and the layout of the unit was ideal. It featured two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs, along with a master suite upstairs, which included the living spaces. Our family felt very comfortable, as there was ample seating and the kitchen was well-stocked. This unit had everything we needed, including bicycles and games for the children. It was also perfectly located at a convenient distance from the beach.

We had a great stay at Amanda's condo. Her communication was excellent from start to finish, which we really appreciated. The location of the condo is excellent and the views are spectacular. The beach is a very short walk from the condo, which is well equipped with beach chairs and other beach amenities. The Stand is also right down the Hill, where one can bike or job along the Ocean. There were also several very good restaurants within walking distance of the condo. Overall, it's a great place to stay with a very cool feel in a really beautiful setting in a location that has a cool vibe and makes us want to come back someday.

This is the perfect little place right next to New Port Pier. It was clean and spacious. It was fun to be next to the pier with all the restaurants and shops. The beach is just steps away and they have a cute farmers market on Sundays. It was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay in Manhattan Beach. Josie’s beautiful home was in the perfect location walkable to restaurants, shops, and the beach. 100% would recommend.

This condo was very beautiful and the views from the living room and dining room were amazing. Our only thing is we didn't realize how steep the stairs were, and my mother couldn't climb them, so she had to stay somewhere else. Then we checked out. So, we paid for something we couldn't enjoy and that was sad. Not even a small portion of a refund was offered to us.

Wendy’s unit was great. 2 minute walk to the beach and about a 20 min walk to the NewPort Pier. Great spot for sure!

We had the best time on our trip! It is the perfect home in the perfect location. Kristi is a great host. We will definitely book again.
