We are located on a quiet, dead-end street next to Deer Lake State Park. Our complex of 17 townhouses completed an exterior upgrade in 2021 with new paint and railings. Our unit is in the center and was totally renovated by noted designer Ashley Gilbreath. New flooring and a master bathroom upgrade were done in 2023. Beachfront convenience awaits.

The house is located in a secluded area off Scenic Highway 30A, about 1/2 mile from the Beach access at Stallworth lake. We are at one of the most pristine beaches in the area, adjacent to the Topsail State Preserve, with many hiking and biking trails, wildlife viewing, canoeing, kayaking and paddle-boarding options. This location has easy access to all the shopping and amenities of highway 98, yet close enough to bike to the action at Watercolor, Seaside and Grayton Beach.
