The condominium is very well developed with access, roads, bicycle paths, pumptruck, private access to a beach that you can only reach through the condominium, on that beach there are 3 barbecues with roof, seats and grills to go down and enjoy with family and friends.

It offers excellent views, for a stay in an exclusive and quiet place.
