The apartment is even nicer than the pictures show. It has a lot of natural light and a spectacular view of the mountains. The atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, perfect for rest and disconnecting. In addition, it is very well located: there is commerce, transportation and main roads that facilitate everything. The place is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We found it spotless, clean and very well organized. The people in charge were always very friendly and attentive which made our experience great from start to finish. Definitely a 10/10 stay. Highly recommended!

Overall our stay was great. Check in was smooth and the host was super responsive. Things to consider, we travelled during warmer months so there is no AC in the apartment just a fan. So if you’re a hot sleeper consider this. Also the noise in the morning is heavy due to it being located on a heavy street. Overall i enjoyed my stay but i wish there was an AC.

This place matches the description and goes beyond expectations. The place was comfortable, clean, well located, the view is 10/10, close to everything. I worked from there and the internet was super reliable and fast! Paulina was always responsive and willing to assist with anything I needed. I had a issue with my own hair dryer and Paulina solved this issue right away. The building felt safe and quiet at night. Thanks Paulina for the hospitality, I cannot wait to come back

Excellent place to stay in Pereira. The apartment is on a second floor. It’s close to lots of bars, restaurants and the mall. The area felt pretty safe and there’s a security guard 24/7 in the lobby of the building. Vivian is a great host, always attentive and paying attention to details to make your stay more comfortable. I even left some belongings behind and she helped me get them back! You should highly consider this place!

If you're in the town for a few nights, Alamos is the place to go. I haven't tested the place for a long term stay (+30 days) but it was perfect for my day in Pereira and the location is in my favourite neighborhood, Alamos.

Communication with both was very proactive. Lucero was very attentive, very formal. The place was entirely clean and organized. In addition, the place is very quiet.

The hardest part about this place was leaving it! Can’t wait to come back ☺️

Excellent service, Mr. Paulo and Ms. Yuliana are always very attentive and provide excellent communication, the apartment is just like the pictures, everything is very nice. It was a short trip, however, the comfort of its facilities, the bed and even its pillows allowed us to rest and enjoy. Kitchen equipped with the basics for cooking, very useful, laundry area that I found quite useful if you require it. Thanks for everything to the hosts, if we get the chance we will definitely return 🤗

Always stay here, I've been to so many, but this is the place to be. There is no parking in the building, but there is parking outside and a few parking garages (one is open 24/7).

Maria Judith place is very well located. I feel safe as traveling as a solo female. Planty things to do, great restaurants, shopping malls, cafe, bars, places of interest, everything to do. Near for public transportation. Very kind and helping host. The apartment has everything you need to stayfor short and long stay. Defenitively recomended and I will comeback.

Maria's place was clean and matched the description and photos exactly. The view from the balcony at night is beautiful. If you like the sounds of a busy city, this is your place! We had a few issues but Maria quickly responded and sent a handyman. All was fixed to our satisfaction. Maria is quick to respond and willing to show up when necessary. We really loved the accommodations and enjoyed our 3 weeks here. Note: It is not in the Pinares area of Pereira but is within walking distance (crossing a busy street). We highly recommend this studio apartment.

Place was clean and well decorated. This building is very well located. Restaurants, bars and a mall are all walking distance. Having entrance with security personnel is a big plus as well although the area felt safe at all times.

Absolutely a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable. Everyone is very friendly. The pool area looks amazing. Less than a 10 minute walk is a market where you can find anything needed. A bakery is next to it so plenty to choose from. Taxis are easy to get. Had a wonderful time.

The apartment it's really nice There was Jacuzzi and Sauna that we can use We try it to use it but we never use it because both you must to have a special key to turn them on and we never had the special key to turn them on We asked the security how to turn them on and the security told us to contact Tatiana I did message Tatiana and she responded me back when we was already on the way back to Medellin
