Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Polvilho

I spent a week with my family in this home and it was very tasty!!! The house is super cozy, spacious, well equipped and surrounded by nature and quiet, precisely what we were looking for! Rodrigo was an excellent host, gave us clear instructions, very useful indications of nearby services and helped me with all the questions, always responding promptly. We will definitely return!

Rodrigo is a great host! Super nice people, attentive and flexible! The house is wonderful: very clean, organized and comfortable, exactly as in the photos. We had a great stay. The only observation is in relation to the parking space, which is on a very steep slope, so it is good to have some skill to park. Everything else is perfect! I highly recommend it!

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. This stay surprised me in every way. The house is even more beautiful and contains amenities and special things that don't appear in the photos. Well-equipped house, it had blankets and towels at ease, all of the best quality. It was impeccably clean. We didn't have time to enjoy the barbecue area because we went to work, but it's extremely well equipped, pool was crystal clear. In short, I missed the house later and I intend to return! in addition to everything, it is cozy and a positive family aura is perceived, one feels a lot of happiness in the environment. Jefferson was extremely careful and attentive at all times. Note mil!

The house is delicious, better than in the photos. There is a lot of tranquility, comfort and peace in the residence. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the bed and bath linens are fragrant. Denis's place is perfect! Espaçosa, with several environments that allow integration and at the same time privacy, has a wonderful outdoor area with the pool next to the ranch to enjoy with friends. Denis and Renata have welcomed us very well and were very flexible with our departure time, which was essential for our stay to be completed successfully. We saw many monkeys and jacutingas feeding on the surrounding trees, which has a beautiful nature and in addition, it is very safe, quiet and with silence for those who seek rest and tranquility. Second time staying at this place. Great location, near the airport. Clear communication with hosts. I would like to highlight the parking space, which I think is a good differential. I recommend it!

The apartment is beautiful, the location is wonderful, everything was perfect, but the only detail is that the sofa bed is not comfortable for 2 adults.

The house is amazing, maybe even better than the photos. Very wide, beautiful, with various leisure items, plenty of bedding. Unfortunately we were unable to use the ofurô for setbacks that did not allow it to work. Excellent cost-beneficio and very close to SP!

We held a family meeting on the long holiday of Easter and Tiradentes, and it was a divine experience. The house is very spacious but at the same time cozy, everyone in our group praised a lot. All rooms and bathrooms are well taken care of, and the outdoor areas of the pool, mini-golf, and playground and lake are great. The terrain really is very large, you can be losing in there. And always a calm and quiet. The service was also great, Denilde answering all the questions and always available, the caretaker Juari very attentive, even took the children of our group to fish in the lake. These were wonderful days and we certainly want to repeat. Congratulations to the whole team, thank you so much for everything!

The description was accurate. We came with 14 guests, and it fit us perfectly. We understood the aesthetic would be rustic, and the wood features stood out well. The pool area is an ideal spot for gatherings. The spa and pool could have been better prepared for use. We recommend updating some of the bare essentials, such as cookware, dishes, and bedding. If you use the space during colder seasons, heating options should be added to the rooms.

Luciana was very attentive, the wonderful house, impeccable cleaning, with everything small we needed. The location of the house is wonderful,very close to everything. For those who go on show at the Allianz Park there is no better place....I turn the corner has arrived.

The house is impeccable. Great structure, many suites, making guests comfortable. The house also has several common environments, making the experience even better. The outdoor/garden space is also nice. We took dogs and gave them a lot to play. And the pool is also very good! I'll come back again!

Wonderful house! We only had one problem with the pool heating due to the weather! But otherwise all impeccable. I'll definitely be back with my family!
