Wiir haben die Zeit in Marcos Haus sehr genossen. Alles entsprach den Bildern und Informationen in der Anzeige. Die Hinweise von Marco waren sehr hilfreich für uns. Das Marco uns dann noch zum Flughafen gefahren hat, war einfach sensationell. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub.

Soggiorno perfetto! Chiara è un’host molto disponibile e sempre pronta a rispondere subito a ogni richiesta. L’appartamento è in una posizione ideale, a due passi dal mare, il che rende tutto ancora più comodo e piacevole. L’arredamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, in perfetto stile “casa di mare”, accogliente e rilassante. È stato davvero come sentirsi a casa. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

Es war ein rundum erholsamer und wunderschöner Aufenthalt.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Pietro sehr genossen - die Wohnung war ein Traum. Die Lage direkt am Meer mit Strandzugang ist einzigartig. Der Strand war nie überfüllt und der Blick auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig, ein idealer Ort, um zu entspannen. Pietro war ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der sich sehr schnell gekümmert hat und auch sehr gute Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und hatten alles, was wir brauchen. Die Anweisungen für Check-in waren sehr genau und dadurch war das Finden der Unterkunft und der Checkin total unkompliziert. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und können sowohl Unterkunft als auch Gastgeber nur wärmstens empfehlen für einen Aufenthalt!

The property is very beautiful. The terrace, courtyard, and view from the courtyard are superb. The entire neighborhood is very pleasant, and it was quiet during our stay. The location is excellent if you wish to go on excursions or visit one of the beautiful beaches nearby. Communication with Ilaria and Alexis was excellent; they assisted us even though we arrived at the property very late in the evening. Thank you!

Un très bel endroit pour passer du temps en famille. Le vent de la mer et la vue de la mer rendaient les journées agréables.

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr schön wie beschrieben. Mario ist super hilfsbereit und hat mir sogar zu einem akuten Zahnarzttermin verholfen. Die Einfahrt ist ein wenig eng für große Autos, aber mit ein bisschen rangieren kein Problem. Vor der Türe direkt der Strand, absoluter Traum. Man ist schnell in Cagliari, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Für unsere kleinen Kinder (3&1) war alles vorhanden (Hochstuhl, Treppengitter oben und unten). Es wird gut auf die Sicherheit geachtet. Mario nimmt sich viel Zeit für den Check In und hat uns alles gezeigt. Küche ist super ausgestattet. Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus ohne Dach, also mit hohen Autos oder Dachbox kein Problem. Große Empfehlung, wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit!

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

First of all, Mario is a ‘very’ good man, you don’t come across people like him every day, salt of the earth! First impressions he was like a friend I hadn’t seen for years, which made settling into chez t’il comforting that resonated on levels that were right up there! Mario has a beautiful home, ‘super’ cozy and quaint, just like you would find in the countryside of a French home… From the pictures on the walls to the ornaments, his place really does feel special! Mario showed us around, explained things with care, everything was great! Everything was clean, did I say that his place was ‘super’ cozy? We had everything that we needed in there, in the bathroom, all the utensils, crockery, pots & pans etc., that we needed, bbq facilities outside! We had a bbq every day, it was amazing sitting outside eating! The beach was a few minutes beautiful walk away and the beach is absolutely beautiful!l 5 minutes drive away are some beautiful restaurants and supermarkets! Grazie Mario

Ich war zufrieden mit dem Haus und mit dem Eigentümer , es gab nur einen negativen Punkt dass er nur italienisch konnte. Ich konnte mich leider nicht mit ihm verständigen ausser über die übersetzten Nachrichten bei airnbnb. Den Strom mussten wir cash bezahlen beim check out was ich persönlich nicht gut fand.

Habe Patrizia nie persönlich getroffen, sie reagierte allerdings schnell auf Fragen und Probleme. Die Anweisungen für das Check-in waren klar und ausführlich. Die Unterkunft war sauber und das Bett bequem. Es war ruhig und der Ausblick traumhaft schön. In der Nähe hat es schöne Strände. Die Unterkunft ist recht abgelegen und ein Fahrzeug dringend zu empfehlen. Die Küche ist mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet, um selber kochen zu können. Hatte Probleme mit dem WLAN, Patrizia hat aber schnell darauf reagiert und es wieder zum funktionieren gebracht. Danke Patrizia!

Belle maison à quelques pas de la plage. Tout le confort nécessaire et un logement spacieux, bien équipé. Facilité pour stationner la voiture devant le portail de la maison. Nous y sommes allés en décembre donc il n'y avait aucun voisin, nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et son environnement paisible et bien entretenu.

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön. Die Kommunikation erfolgte überwiegend über den Sohn der Gastgeberin, der sehr gut Englisch spricht und uns hilfreiche Tipps zu Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben hat. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist groß und sauber, und der Ausblick war sehr schön. Für den Gastgeber war es okay, dass uns auch mal Freunde am Pool besucht haben. Ein Hinweis für Hundebesitzer: Unser unkastrierter Rüde und die freilaufende Hündin auf dem Grundstück ließen sich nur schwer voneinander trennen, was zu etwas Aufwand geführt hat. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Gastgeber konnte jedoch eine Lösung gefunden werden.

Wonderful hosts, very friendly and responsive. Lovely people and stunning place. Peaceful place to recharge from daily hustle. Can recommend to have some Italian plate of local cheese, ham and olives with red wine during sunset time - it was amazing. Refreshing at local sight la grotta in walking distance was exceptional as well. Come here! The Host Carola was also very flexible and always there for us. Great contact!

Ich habe mich in Marcos Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer schönen Umgebung – perfekt für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Der Strand ist in nur 3 bis 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch das Internet war sehr gut. Marco war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, wenn man eine Frage hatte. Man merkt, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Der Kontakt war von Anfang an angenehm und unkompliziert. Ein paar kleine Hinweise für zukünftige Gäste: Der Kühlschrank kann nachts etwas laut sein, und das Bett war etwas schmal, aber trotzdem bequem. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt – herzlichen Dank, Marco! Ich kann die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Piękny dom, bardzo czysty. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Napewno potrzebny jest samochód, żeby dojechać do piękny plaż. 20 min do Cagliari. Niedaleko sklepu spożywcze. Idealna lokalizacja aby odpocząć

After two weeks of travelling in 3 big cities we were exhausted and needed some rest and quiet. Tony's place was perfect. It is quiet, private and has everything you need. There is supermarket just a few kilometres along the main road, back toward town driving there. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to prepare homecooked meals. It is easy to drive to some picture perfect quiet beaches perfect for swimming and with only few people to share it with you. Also, a lovely drive to Calasetta through picturesque countryside. The beach has a lot of kelp along it but it does NOT smell at all and is a pleasant easy walk. The uninterrupted views and calm waters are fantastic. Towards the back of the house are hills and green countryside. We loved our stay. We loved the reconnection with nature.

We spent our 1 week family vacation here and it was just amazing! A house is spacious enough even for 2-3 families together. It was clean and well-equipped with everything that's needed. Maria-Elena was a great host, helped us promptly in the process of preparations and even during our stay. The location is lovely, a calm and quiet village. The most beautiful beach is accesible in just a few minutes of walking, thus a perfect chioce even with small kids. Our absolute favourite was the huge veranda with breathtaking view. Just the perfect spot for big-family dinners. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking for a calm and private vacation with a group or bigger family. Francesca a été réactive et nous a donné des instructions claires pour prendre possession des lieux et même une entrée anticipée. La situation de l'appartement à deux pas de la plage de Poetto est parfaite, et la grande terrasse est un réel atout.

Wir waren mit unseren 4 Kindern für 5 Tage in Christinas Haus. Die Kommunikation war super schnell, wir durften sogar 3 Stunden früher ins Haus und haben auf alle Fragen sofort eine Antwort erhalten. Die Lage ist phantastisch, das Haus liegt direkt am Strand und einer sehr netten Beach Bar. Bäcker, Supermarkt, etc. ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Outdoor kitchen ist super und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Insbesondere der schöne Essplatz und die beiden Terassen sind toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank.

My stay at Milena’s Villa was absolutely perfect! The villa itself was immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, offering a relaxing and luxurious retreat. What truly sets this place apart is the serenity of the surroundings—it’s tucked away in a peaceful area, making it ideal for unwinding. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the terrace. Each morning, I enjoyed my coffee while gazing at the stunning landscape, a perfect way to start the day. Milena, the owner, was such a delight! She was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. Her warm hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I can’t recommend this villa enough for anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway!

Séjour excellent; l'endroit est fabuleux avec cet accès direct à la mer et les rochers qui font qu'il n'y avait personne alors que les plages alentours étaient très peuplées. La terrasse est extra et l'appartement très équipé avec tous les appareils ménagers et beaucoup de détails et d'attentions et tous les produits basiques sont là. Les kayaks et autres masques, palmes, jeux de plages; transats etc ont été très appréciés ausi! Orazio a été extrèmement sympathique déjà bien avant notre arrivée et a meme accepté de recevoir pour nous des gros colis arrivés une semaine avant notre séjour. Il nous a aussi aussi donné des recommandations de lieux à visiter ou d'évènements. Bref c'était parfait et nous espérons revenir un jour.
