The apartment is on the ground floor of a quiet, peaceful and very charming residential complex. It consists of a large living area with a kitchen and a sofa bed with an orthopedic mattress, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Private parking space available in the shared garden.

Apartment in the historic archeological part of Sant'Antioco, with a big terrace. What people like about my apartment: the old furniture, the way I decorated the house and especially the terrace. What people like less: the bedroom with wooden floor faces the street so you can hear some cars passing by, but luckily the street is one way only and we are in a quiet area of the town. Moreover the other bedroom is very silent and quiet.

There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.

The staircase is modern, so you have to be careful with children. We don't want to block it with "not suitable for children" because we love our little guests.
