The hostess was extremely attentive, as well as the co-hostess who handed us the keys, who was super kind and polite. The place was extremely clean and organized, the shower was nice and hot, the bathroom and kitchen faucets were also hot, due to being electric. The apartment has several household items and accessories, as well as several books and DVDs, the beds are super comfortable. We really liked the atmosphere of the condominium, which was super quiet and safe. We will definitely come back more often.

Armando was always attentive and responded quickly to all my msgs. The apartment was very welcoming and smelling of so clean when we arrived. The location is in a very safe neighborhood, with a market close by and some delicious restaurants when you prefer not to go to Capivari, where you can walk quietly, it's a good walk, but a nice walk. Good garage for 2 cars. Very gentle porters. I went with my husband and 3 children and we had a great experience.

We stayed in this apartment and had a great experience! The space is super complete, with everything we need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped, there is no shortage of items to prepare our meals. The option to use the fireplace is a charm aside, making the atmosphere even more cozy. Towels and bedding were impeccable, as well as the cleaning of the apartment. Everything is very well organized and designed for guest comfort. Second time I stay in Mr. Roberto's apartment, I feel at home lol, good location near the center, apartment always clean and organized with flexible hours, I will definitely return. One thing we missed was a large mirror. But otherwise everything was perfect.

From the reservation to the check out everything was perfect, Gisele was very attentive, the apartment was impeccable, the condominium was great, the location was great, our family loved it and Gisele was super understanding with our checkout because of a rain that disrupted the plans in the morning. We had a great stay! The place is even more beautiful and cozy than in the pictures. Everything was very clean, well cared for and equipped with everything we need. We were greeted with great attention by the caretaker, who was friendly and helpful throughout the stay (And the dog there is a grace!) We definitely recommend the place and hope to return soon!

Very good stay. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils to prepare meals. Churrasqueira works well. Apto was well cleaned. I thought the furniture and the apt itself would be younger or renovated by the photos I saw on the listing. There are beautiful araucaria on the grounds. Quiet place. Dona Neuza helped us at check in and chek out and everything went smoothly.

The apartment was very well maintained, clean and organized … new bedding, warm duvets. The bath towels are very thin, I suggest you bring some. Regarding the heaters, we reached a temperature of 4 degrees in Campos do Jordão, but inside the apartment it felt like -10. Very cold! The room heaters worked as much as possible, if the room was closed for a few hours. But the room heater didn't work ... nor did the bathrooms! Other than that, excellent accommodation

Impeccable accommodation. My family and I went to spend the weekend and the experience in Vanessa's apartment made everything more special. The environment was very clean and organized. It was also cozy and very Campos-like, beautiful... In addition, Vanessa was very solicitous, attentive and welcomed us very well, even with a welcome treat. The stay was great! Salete was extremely helpful and proactive. Super-equipped, comfortable place that allowed for many good family moments! We used the heated pool, barbecue and even the fire pit to roast marshmallows with the kids! I will always recommend it!

Local in the lush nature of Campos do Jordao. Amazing view, very comfortable,cozy and with a beautiful view. My family of 5 were very well accommodated. The service of the very good hotel,café da manhãe the very good restaurant food. The heated and covered pool in the city is very important for the climate. Myself and my family love hosting. The very attentive host, always available to meet us. It was very quiet. All the staff , the reception, chambermaids and restaurant very friendly and attentive. The restaurant serves the 3 meals ( private) . Farta and very good food. The apartment is very welcoming, quiet, with a beautiful view and an amazing sunset. Good furniture, comfortable beds, bed linen and good quality bath. The excellent bath. TV with good programming (smart TV). It is an excellent place to rest. I will definitely come back for the next time and I highly recommend it!
