Close to the city center, 500 m from the military school and 1500 m from the train station. Free shuttle 50 m away. I offer a private apartment on the ground floor of a main house. Private entrance. Sheets provided Shower room + separate toilet. Equipped independent kitchen (microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle). The washing machine is available to share with the owner. The owner has access to the boiler room adjoining the kitchen. Access to the veranda, green space and terrace.

20 minutes from the Futuroscope and close to the town center of Vouillé in a quiet and wooded area. L'Orée des buis is a 46 m² cottage with independent entrance, single-story, for 2-4 people. The Barn of the Domaine de Saint Louis

The only house in the locality, the Grange de Saint Louis has been renovated and furnished in a bright and comfortable way to accommodate travelers in transit or on vacation. Located close to the owners, it enjoys a quiet and green setting, without any overlook on two hectares of meadows. The barn accommodates up to 5 people (1 140 cm bed, 1 90 cm bed and a 140 cm sofa bed. A second sofa bed can also be used for 2 additional visitors)

Cabin in the heart of nature

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting, we offer a quiet, warm, autonomous loft, a few steps from the city center, close to shops and 20' walk from the SNCF train station. We have preserved the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bicycles or motorcycles only, firewood...). In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).
