Dispone de una estupenda TERRAZA muy íntima y tranquila. El apartamento, tiene 30 m2 y una excelente ubicación a escasos metros de SILGAR, el supermercado y demás servicios. Todo a pie. Se dispone de AIRE ACONDICIONADO, PLAZA DE GARAJE, sofá cama, WIFI, ascensor (es necesario subir el último piso a pie).
