The 15,000 m² area has 7 dwellings, all well spaced, which guarantees plenty of privacy. The Cabana has a bedroom with a mosquito net, bathroom and minibar. It is ideal for individual adventures or couples seeking contact with nature in a unique experience with the local fauna and flora. Come enjoy nature, mountains, rivers and waterfalls and stay in comfort and convenience in a very cozy house. The Casinha accommodates 1 couple. It is 650 meters, 10 minutes on foot, from the village of Caeté-Açu (better known as Vale do Capão) and is located on the main street that connects Vila to Bomba. The house is situated on a plot of 8,000 m2, overlooking the mountains and with a small river in the background. It has plenty of greenery around it, with a garden, plants and trees.

This is the home of Nê, a dentist from Belo Horizonte who is passionate about Serra do Cipó. In 2016, she got her dream job in Vila, rented a kitnet, and began her story as a resident. In 2018, she bought her plot, moved into this little house, and with the sale of a property in BH, she built her permanent home. Since then, this little house in front of her land, which only received family members, has been receiving guests from the most varied places with great affection.
