Wonderful spot, authentic house and surroundings, special welcome. We love vibe of the house, space outside, many places to sit around garden and drink coffe or wine, easy grilling space, beautiful views. I think pictures doesn’t do a full justice for these wonderful place.

A nice & quiet apartment. The parking lot directly in front of the accommodation was perfect, the location very good to head to various excursion destinations. Andreia was a very friendly host, we had everything we needed.

Ocean views for days...this place has a god-smacking view of the north coast and Sao Jorge. We were 2 couples and this place was perfect. A welcome basket has the essentials to get you through the first 24 hours. There are 2 large, comfortable bedrooms downstairs with walkouts to a patio. Their full 3 piece bathroom is on the main floor. The third, separate bedroom has its own full ensuite bath. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. There are 2 patios facing the fields and sea with an outdoor kitchen area. Pike, Francisco and Vania are always only a text away and are so helpful and very accommodating.

Fabulous stay in this lovely house. Guiomar is a fabulous host, we were welcomed with baking and cookies which was lovely after a long journey and came back to help out when we had a problem.. Weather usually was better at the house than other places on the island and we enjoyed sitting outside watching the waves. Flexibility on departure was really appreciated as our flight was delayed 2.5 hours at short notice. Thank you

A beautiful, spacious and cozy house with a stunning view. Looking out to the sea and the islands of the Azores in the morning is something very special. The house offers every comfort and is a wonderful base from which to explore Pico. It is quiet and cozy. We enjoyed every moment - from getting up overlooking the sea to an aperitif and sunset dinner. Ana always responded promptly, even Vaina, who takes care of the house, was always available. The arrival was unproblematic, as was the departure. A beautiful spot on earth! Feel free to come back anytime. Thank you for having us!

Great house, amazing view and also great restaurant nearby. The hosts were very responsive and always happy to help. The WIFI was a bit temperamental but overall we had an amazing stay.

This was the best place I’ve ever stayed!! The island is already breathtaking but the location of the home, the view, and the pool made our experience on Pico even better. Ana and Benedita have been super accommodating and allowed me to change the dates during the pandemic. I finally was able to visit after two years and it was well worth the wait! If you are on the fence you need to book this stay. They also own a couple restaurants on the island, i highly recommend going to Magma for a nice meal overlooking the ocean!

Absolutely stunning house and views - loved sleeping to the sounds of the ocean, plus the pool is amazing. Loved the traditional decor / furniture too.

An very peaceful place. The family that owns the house developed a nice concept for their guests. A friendly and calm atmosphere. If you want, you get good advices to explore the nature of this wonderful island. And good mocktails and cocktails after the day tours . We appreciate very much the way the old houses have been renovated and redesigned. Very clean and comfortable. Thank you to all of you. It was a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful, though unfortunately far too short, stay in Ivan's beautiful house. Rarely do Airbnb accommodations look even better than in the photos, but with Ivan everything was just right. Since our airline had canceled the flight to Pico, we arrived much later than planned in the late evening, but Ivan was there for us the whole time via messages and greeted us incredibly warmly even after 10 pm and showed us his wonderful house, where a few homemade treats were already waiting for us. The sea view from the terrace is simply wonderful! Unfortunately, we were far too short on the island to spend more time there and follow more of Ivan's recommendations, but we will definitely come back and would then always want to stay here. Thank you for everything, dear Ivan!

Amazing location in a nicely appointed cottage with everything you need.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa da Leocádia... the view is breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace and just looking. The place Rosais is well located, quiet and peaceful, you can relax and unwind here wonderfully. The house is functional, equipped, very clean and we had plenty of space and tranquility. This house is absolutely beautiful—honestly, it looks even better in person than in the pictures! Located in an amazing area, the view from the house is truly breathtaking. It was a joy to wake up to such scenery every day. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, providing lots of great recommendations on where to eat, what to see, and things to do in the area. Communication was excellent—responses were always quick whenever I needed anything. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I highly recommend this place and would love to return. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Perfect location. Wonderful and responsive host.

The place is really beautiful and you felt right at home. 😍 You are right on the sea. However, without a rental car, this property is not recommended, as it is less than a 25-minute drive from Madalena and thus from shopping and restaurants. However, those who love peace and quiet like us are in the right place. At night, however, the tranquility is less, as Azorean ducks keep you awake on a nest hunt. 😅 All in all still recommended. 🙃

Very nice place with great views from the terrace! The house is nicely quiet and very well equipped. The communication in advance was extremely straightforward and pleasant. Definitely a recommendation for a stay in Pico!

We had a short stay but everything was great! The views were beautiful on the top floor (there were stairs), and there was a nice outdoor patio. We had enough towels and all the amenities we needed (full sized fridge and freezer which was nice). The parking was easy and spacious. Great location, I recommend!
