I WENT TO AN EVENT AT THE MULTIPURPOSE CENTER, THE ACCOMMODATION IS CLOSE, BUT THAT WAS NOT THE REASON I CHOSE TO GO THERE TO DONA RUTE, IT WAS THE EVALUATIONS, AND EVERYTHING I READ WAS CONFIRMED, A PLACE WITH IMPECCABLE CLEANING, QUIET..., BUT DONA RUTE AND HER ALDEMIR ARE INCREDIBLE HOSTS, VERY ATTENTIVE, CARING, DEAR..., THEY MADE ME AND MY TWO CHILDREN FEEL AT HOME, I CAN ONLY THANK YOU, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

The space is exactly as shown in the photos. The suite is very spacious, comfortable bed. Dona Rute welcomed us very well, very attentive and we were comfortable. I'll be back for sure.

Adriano Marcelo is a great host. It was very flexible regarding the check in, very clear in the guidelines and very kind to us. The perfect environment, very spacious, clean, bedding and impeccable bathrooms. I highly recommend it!

I got everything I needed during my stay in the house, and most importantly, Adriana and Elizabeth were friendly, the apartment is clean and the security in the residential complex is high, I spent very wonderful days in Adriana's apartment, and I think that I will repeat the visit many times when I come to Floripa, there is a lot to say and express regarding Adriana's treatment during our stay in the apartment, but it is not possible to talk about it in written lines, I advise anyone who wants to live in Adriana's apartment not to think too much, just rent and live! In short, friendly people, a wonderful and clean apartment, high security, parking, sustainable cleaning on a monthly or even weekly basis in the residential complex , I stayed from March 3 until October 20 , meaning about almost 8 months, Nice 😊

Ricardo was super attentive, and he always responded quickly. The kitchen is well equipped, and the space has met our needs.

Very well set up apartment with all the necessary utilities for stay. Place with very nice pool. The very attentive owners made everything ready to receive us. If the intention is to enjoy beaches, there are some very good ones, less than a 20-minute drive. The price charged for the place is fair for what is offered.

Danilo was extremely receptive and polite! It looks like we've met him longer. It guided us, indicated locations and promptly responded to all the requests we made. I have more than 8 years of Airbnb, I have stayed in many different places and in different countries, and that was the best experience I've had so far. The apartment is simply PERFECT, what you need and imagine, you will find there, everything was very well planned, the whim and care we were received was amazing, the hosts are 10. The apartment is extremely comfortable, beautiful, CLEAN, amazing view and the location is without comment, you can do EVERYTHING simply on foot and safely. Village would like to be able to rate it with more than 5 stars. I RECOMMEND IT!
