Our cozy house in the Abraham district offers the best of the worlds close to the gastronomic road with bars and restaurants. Quick access to shells beach, perfect for hiking or having chimarrão or coffee. Our modern environment is well equipped: it has a full kitchen, bedroom with TV, bedding and bathrooms. Whether for work or sightseeing, it is well located 5 minutes by car from the center of Florianópolis, and 10 minutes from São José. There is a bus stop nearby and next to the best bakery.

Oi, eu sou o Lince Negro, o gato dono dessa casa. Como tenho esse espaço que quase não uso decidi alugar para quem precisa de um lugar legal que aceite outros como eu. Tenho dois humanos que organizam tudo direitinho para mim, tenho também quatro cachorros muito simpáticos. Ah! E não poderia esquecer do meu irmão, o gato Buda. Sendo assim, saibam que o bichinhos são muito bem vindos na minha casa!
