The pool is well worth it( but it needs maintenance because it has broken tiles) but a matter of cleanliness and comfort leaves a lot to be desired An urgent renovation is required in the kitchen and barbecue area! And Tbm had nothing of cleaning material or garbage bag floor cloth dish cloth taking into account that it is a far from the city this is essential !

The place is very good! It is well worth the stay. It's just good to keep in mind that there are 3 dogs there, which I didn't touch until the day of my check-in. They sometimes make good company and sometimes drop all the trash over the grass, so it's good to pay attention to them. With that on the side, my stay was perfect.

The house met all my needs, as it was exactly as advertised. Full kitchen, furnishings in good condition, comfy bed and very clean bathroom. Besides, I had to wash clothes and had all the accessories. The view from the second floor is very beautiful, facing the mountains of the region. The neighborhood is quiet and has nearby restaurants and supermarkets. Host Joralice responded with extreme agility and attention to questions, demonstrating proactivity. Perfect!

We booked Laís' space for a night for a show at Teatro Positivo. We walked to the theater, around 20 min. Quiet streets. The apartment is new and well located. It is well worth it.

The hut is very cozy, well equipped and with a beautiful terrain around, very wooded and quiet. It is literally glued to the entrance of the Morro do Canal, so it is a private place, but at the same time with a good movement around.
