Holiday rentals with beach access in São Lourenco Beach

Strengths: The condominium is simply wonderful! The pools are amazing and heated, the gym is great and the rooftop is perfect with a beautiful view. The facial register greatly facilitates the direct exit to the beach. Great parking spaces for headache-free parking to get in and out, and everyone in the condominium is very helpful! I bought ice at the market and they interfered with me to say that they saw it on camera, and that it was free on the top floor. The ap has everything from the kitchen, from sandwich maker to blender. There's also a cooler that helped a lot during beach trips! Communication was always quick with Luiza! Voltaria for sure! "negative" points: I wouldn't say there is something negative, but small improvements. I missed a hairdryer and emergency cleaners like an alcohol or Veja.

The apartment is very comfortable, large rooms and was very organized from the beds with good sheets, towels in the bathrooms and extra towels.

We had a super quiet stay! Check-in and check-out were very flexible, which made it very easy. The beach was calm and, as described, is actually foot in the sand. The place is also very well equipped, with several utensils available — until the thermal box we find!

Great stay we had in the apt. In addition to being close to the beach there is the beach service, which gives a lot of tranquility and comfort. The building is also quite complete. Heated pool, playroom and children's playground. Host Vanessa is very kind and caring

The accommodation corresponded exactly with the listing. Simple space with excellent cost and benefit since it was one of the most affordable in the region financially speaking. For my family, the differential was the privileged location that is excellent. We have a 1 year old daughter and the space has provided us with privacy and the convenience that a baby requires. We had everything we needed for our tour (mounted beach structure, good lodging, very safe place). The host Renata was also super cordial, responded super fast to any request and made us very comfortable. We finally felt at home.

We loved the house, we went in the cold of June and the shared sauna and bathtub saved us a lot, lol. The house is very good, cozy, clean. I recommend it and want to come back more often 🥰

We spent the Easter holiday (17 to 21/4) with the family. The house is like the description. We went in 10 people and accommodated perfectly. Maria is well worth hiring. We arrived from the beach and the house was neat, clean and with the food ready. Chairs and parasol are new. The pool isn't heated but we still use it every day. We do not miss any kitchen appliances. It has no dryer. Only Suggestion, although there is no tear, change the sofa in the living room. I found it low and a little uncomfortable. The colchoes have no smell, a positive point, but for my taste, I found it a little soft (tastes firmer). Reasonable bed, table and bath linen. Nao has a face and beach towel, these need to take. Shower and air-conditioning ok. Easy access to the mall house and close to the beach. The inner path to the beach is very beautiful and clean. The room underneath and one of the upstairs suites are without screens in the window (missed). The rest of the house has screens. Overall, it was great!

Simply a 1000. Exactly as in the fofos, very close to the beach and the beach was very quiet and clean. We were very comfortable in the house and felt really at home. My dogs loved the big lawn! The Bertioga clover pastel nearby is a great fish shop! We'll be back for sure. And Patrícia is always willing to help us. The only drawback was a party that was happening on the street next door, but that doesn't discredit the house at all because it can happen anywhere.

My stay at Mr. Antonio was seven days, reunited with my family, whom I had not seen for a year: children, daughter-in-law, son-in-law and relatives and grandchildren. It was a real game-changer! I met incredible people and blessed neighbors, and I had full assistance. The place is quiet, perfect for a moment of mental hygiene, and there are also beaches nearby. The condominium is super safe and pleasant. It was a wonderful experience! We rest, we walk, we interact and we enjoy every moment. Mr. Antonio is to be congratulated for his hospitality, always very attentive, as well as the caretaker, Mr. Valdir, who was extremely helpful. For those seeking a cozy retreat, I recommend these days in Guaratuba.

The house is simply perfect, beautiful, super comfortable, well cared for and full of details that show the whimsy the house has. We arrived and the house was impeccable, very clean and organized, perfectly held me and my family, with suites equipped with air conditioning, tv, fan, pillows, toilet paper, tapestry, all with work bench and cozy decor. The kitchen is a magazine, beautiful, with a huge and super functional island, a delight to spend family moments cooking and talking, it has all the utensils, dishes and bowls, there is nothing missing. Ahhh and the sound was certainly a differential apart, with height regulation separated by environments, too much!! The heated pool is not even talked about, we went in the fall and we were able to enjoy a lot of because it was heated, including the night. If it wasn't heated we probably wouldn't even use it because of the cold. Alem of the house being PERFECT, Chris and Edu were super attentive and kind to us We'll definitely get back, I loved it!

Stunning stay, the accommodations are exactly like the photos, all very clean, organized and functional. Gabriela is an odd person, accessible at all times and supported us in everything, always explaining everything in the smallest detail. The condominium is quiet, security 24h, has a mini convenience and has polite and helpful staff. The beach is a few steps away from the condominium and has beach service (chair and sunguard). We love our stay in this flat! Everything was impeccable: very clean, organized, with a super comfortable space that exceeded our expectations. Clean bedding, all very well sanitized and decorated in very good taste. In the apartment it has a dryer and washing machine, which helped us a lot because it is not necessary to take many pieces (only the ones on the beach). The apartment is at a point close to a mini mall and well-known supermarkets. The price of the products does not change much in relation to my city, so we went with few things. We bought everything there. The location is excellent, with the beach nearby and easy access, which made our days even more enjoyable. The attendance at the concierge — from the moment we arrived, all the staff were extremely polite and attentive. Always friendly, both on the exits and on the beach returns. We definitely want to come back more often! Thank you for providing a more than enjoyable experience.

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. Very functional apartment, with the integrated rooms. Mattresses in all very good rooms! Barbecue on the balcony is a differential. Clean apartment. Building provides ice, leisure area note 10. Very close to the beach, 5 minutes walking. I'll be back with my family for sure.

Quiet, comfortable and very friendly place, as well as the hosts Carla and Rodolfo. Rodolfo was a gentleman during our stay. Accommodation on the upper floor, access by a small staircase, with a balcony and two spacious bedrooms, quality bed and bath linens. The kitchen has everything you could need, and it's even possible to have a good barbecue. The decoration and lighting are harmonious, with works of art by the owner. The design and access to the condominium is fantastic, large patio for parking and resembles an Azorean village and is well located in relation to the beach. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable, well located. We only stayed one weekend and we couldn't enjoy the leisure area, which is very good. Renato is a very helpful person and gave us all the necessary attention. Riviera is a very safe place for that moment of relaxation.
