The apartment is really right on the sand with magnificent views of the garden and the SEA. Approx. 100 steps from the sea!! We've been renting the apartment for over 6 years on Airbnb. We've had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over the course of this time, we have acquired expertise in hosting. We have contracts with a laundry, an air-conditioning company, and a "handyman" who is available 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff is excellent, they've been with us since the beginning.

The ap. is well taken care, of course, renovated, air cond., tile floor, built-in arm, barbecue and balcony . There is beach service with umbrellas and chairs, heated swimming pool, sauna , gym and tennis court. There is ice maq. in the building for guest use.It is not possible to smoke in the apt.

The decor and light and beautiful ,we have everything a house needs if you need help we have a great employee who charges the daily part ,we will pass the contact ..
