The house is easily accessible, very clean and well equipped. Brenda was cordial, helpful and flexible regarding arrival and departure times. We had wonderful days and hope to return soon. The location is very good, close to shops. The stretch of land is very short, which makes it very easy to move around. We walked around the farm, made a fire, and ate corn cakes with coffee. A well-spent weekend with the family enjoying the silence of nature.

The house is much better than in the photos. Extremely clean,complete and beautiful decor.The kitchen is a chapter by part, because even I am a chef,I was impressed. I found everything I needed,from utensils, to the dishes of great taste. If I had to suggest something,it would just be put one more refrigerator or freezer to complete what is already very good. The condominium is a true paradise. About the hosts I have never been treated so well as a guest.Super gentle,polite and flexible.Anderson and Milena understood the problem I had of being on site on a weekend of heavy rainfall and had a surreal empathy with me, helping me far beyond their obligation. If not for them,the weekend that was to celebrate my birthday would have been a fiasco,due to so many problems I had on the road. I am extremely grateful to this amazing couple. I'll definitely be back in a sunny season to enjoy the house and the place better.

The house is surrounded by mountains and at night we sleep with the sound of the river that passes on the bottom. It is great for those who want rest and like trails. We gained fresh cheese and Flavio left firewood for a fire at night. Indico lot this little house.

It was very nice to stay at Selma's place, it was exactly what we were looking for. The house served us super well and is exactly like the photos. We had great moments while we were there. Great place to stay in Ubatuba! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very clean, cozy and well equiped. Ideal location for not relying on a car by night to travel to the center of Itaguá, with a wide choice of restaurants and shops. I did not have the opportunity to meet Júlio in person, but I easily checked in with his instructions, which has always been very requested.

We love the stay, the Studio has a great location, very close to the beach it has a way to walk smoothly, great swimming pool, the gym spaces, game room are very good too! Local was clean, and very pleasant, has air conditioning, fan, elevator, wifi, utensils in the kitchen at your disposal. Hostess responds quickly and very cordial. We will definitely be back !

Our stay at Thais' apartment was great... the apartment was as it appeared in the photos, communication with the hosts was quick and accessible... The location is great, by the sea, with several kiosks and a supermarket nearby… my family and I will stay again..

We had days of great peace and quiet in Casinha Vermelha! It was our second time in the little house, which is even more comfortable and cozy. When you arrive you already find several treats left by the host, making the stay perfect! Mimos even for our little dog! The breakfast basket made by Aninha, with local produce, is a delight, very plentiful. Sail worth ordering! We realize that everything is done with great affection and care! And Virginia's guidelines are perfect! We miss it already!

Paraíso em Cunha lives up to its name, but what surprised us most was the welcome from Virginia, Wagner, Manezão and Aninha, owners and caretakers respectively. From the first contact, we already felt the good energy of Virginia: friendliness, joy, availability and goodwill to satisfy us and make us feel as comfortable as possible. The photos match reality, but in person it's a thousand times cooler! Very well-equipped house and leaves nothing to be desired. Not to mention the furniture, objects, dinnerware, glasses, cups, bath and bedding sets, etc., all of extremely good taste. Breakfast, prepared by Aninha, is very worthwhile: Fresh milk taken from the cow, free-range eggs with a very yellow yolk, cheese bread that I have never eaten better… Everything is delicious! Manezão and Aninha are wonderful human beings with GIANT hearts. Great to “chat” and very dear too. What an amazing experience we had there! Thank you, Virginia, Wagner, Aninha and Manezão, great hosts!

Beautiful place with all the comforts for a meeting with friends. The children loved the place with so much space to play. The host Newton was super attentive and flexible. Chayane who helped us with food and cleaning was essential for a perfect stay. I highly recommend it!

Sítio do Patacho is a place with animals - horse, pig, chicken, dog, etc. The leisure areas are very good, including a swimming pool, wood-burning sauna (easy to connect), game room with pool, foosball and ping-pong, as well as a space with barbecue, stove and wood oven The house is very comfortable, good bedrooms, lots of bathrooms and a huge balcony. The infrastructure is excellent (for example TV with streaming) and the well-equipped kitchen. Great preparation is noted to welcome guests and care in the maintenance and cleaning of the house, for example, the crockery and glassware are stored in plastic boxes. The place has a homemade that is very helpful that sits in a house next to the main house. The location is very good, it's only ~3Km of dirt road to the asphalt road that connects Cunha to Paraty, very close to attractions like Pedra da Marcela. In short, the site is a great place to stay with family or friends.
