Holiday rentals with a hot tub in São Martinho do Porto

We had an amazing stay at Carlos' villa with our group of 13 adults and 3 babies. The villa is incredibly spacious, with 12 full beds and additional sleeping options on the comfortable couches. The large garden was perfect for the kids to play in, and we thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and spacious, clean Jacuzzi. The kitchen was slightly used but very functional, offering plenty of room and every kitchen item we could possibly need to cook for our group. The barbecue area is large, though located a little far from the kitchen by the parking area. The rooftop terrace provided stunning 360° views, and the sunsets were simply beautiful. The villa is located in a peaceful, quiet area, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, which we loved. While walking to the beach is easy, having a car is ideal for reaching larger supermarkets, which are about a 13-minute drive away. Parking offers plenty of space Overall, this villa was the perfect choice for our large group. Highly recommended!

Mariana and Teresa were very kind and available. The house is in a very pleasant and quiet area, pleasant to visit Porto de Mós walking less than 1 km. Espaçosa and as described. Excellent for a family stay.

The villa was exactly how it looked like in the pictures, which made us very happy! The hosts were friendly and helpful. It was easy to find and the area felt safe. I would reccommend this villa for 6-8 people since the 5th bedroom was underground and I myself would have not wanted to stay in that bedroom. I reccommend having your own car like we did, for driving easily to nearby villages, since the villa is quite far from everything. We liked the area, but there is not much nearby.

Octavio had great communication. Somehow I booked the wrong dates leaving me one night without a room. He had already booked the apt for that night but found me somewhere else in the neighborhood instantly. That took a lot of stress off me

We love António's house. The jacuzzi is wonderful, don't feel like leaving there. Thank you very much

Beautiful house by the beach! We loved the peace and the view. The house is very comfortable and has a lot of charm (and a lovely little library). The kitchen especially is well-stocked. Since you’re surrounded by nature there are many spiders, snakes and lizards (mostly outside, thankfully). We visited in November and the temperature in the house really dropped at night (from 20C to 15C). The only option to heat is a small and somewhat noisy space heater, so if you visit in winter be prepared with warm clothes. That was the only thing we found difficult during an otherwise extremely pleasant stay. Pedro was a very friendly and engaged host!

We spent the weekend with the family and the house was perfect! We loved it 😊 From the comfort of the outdoor space, to all the details of the house's decoration. The kitchen is very well equipped, the rooms are great in size and the barbecue space is amazing! Carlos' communication and sympathy made the experience 10/10!

Beautiful villa, with so many items in the house to make it feel like home. It was more than spacious enough for our family of 9. This included a wheelchair user & 2 babies. The town was quite a walk away, especially as we had a wheelchair user and young children. A car is recommended.

It was a great place to stay! The accommodation and the villa are beautiful, with a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It was very comfortable.

Overall, we had a great vacation in the house and felt very comfortable. Beautiful and cozy furnishings, large outdoor area, the heated pool was an absolute added value. Unfortunately, the expectation generated could not hold the house in the price segment on site. The entire house, inside and outside, needs more care and cleaning in places that are not easily accessible. The pool was not cleaned during our 3-week stay. Plates could be more, most of them also have pushed-off edges. Of the three parasols announced, none were there when we arrived on Saturday, and after repeated inquiries, one was brought on Tuesday evening. Outdoor garden furniture was all rusty, some of it already defective. The beds were comfortable, there was enough storage space in the bedroom. Strange smell in the small bathroom (only works with permanent ventilation.

Had a lovely time at Leo’s place, walked to beach multiple times a day and enjoyed the BBQ, the hot tub, and everyone had a comfortable time!
