Mariela is a very friendly and hard-working hostess. She was always really quick to get in touch with. The apartment is beautiful and everything you need is available. Very clean and the intermediate cleaning was also great. We can only recommend the property.

This is truly an amazing place! We celebrated my husband’s 75th birthday and your place was a total surprise for him. He loved everything, the personalized welcome sign in Swedish, the wonderful accomodation, the fantastic views, the total calm and of course the cat Simba. We would live to come back! Beautiful house. The driveway is easy to miss if you're not paying close attention the first time. Well equipped kitchen. Next to a walking trail by the sea. Well situated to drive to other attractions around the island. Fanal forest, P Moniz, Santana, PR16, were not far away.

Raquel’s place was absolutely impeccable. After five nights of hopping between different beds, my friend and I felt so lucky to land here for three restful nights — exactly what we needed. The space had everything we could have asked for and more. The check-in process was super easy, and Raquel had everything clearly laid out with thoughtful instructions. The Casita de la Praia is a real gem. Very well located, quiet and easy to access. Rocked by the lapping of the ocean and the mild climate in the heart of a green screen. We loved it. Thank you for this pleasant stay!

Sofia met us at the square upon arrival in Jardim do Mar and walked us to the house. She showed us where everything was and made sure we were well settled. We loved that the kitchen was well equipped for real cooking! We enjoyed meals on the beautiful patio. We felt extremely safe in the area. Our 7 year old daughter could walk to our friends' home around the corner (we would never let her do that at home). The beds were comfortable and towels were well stocked. We also loved having a washing machine and clothes line. We would definitely stay there next time we visit our friends!

Incredible spot in Madeira! Situated in the coziest and most charming village with absolutely gorgeous views of the mountain and sunset. Highly recommend!

We are glad we booked at this spot! The balcony was wonderful to have and everything was clean. What stood out the most was our very responsive host making sure we got all checked in even while her car was broken down on the side of the road! Despite the emergency, she responded to all our messages promptly and helped us check in. I was extra grateful when I woke up extremely sick from some bad fruit the night before and we were allowed a late check out until I recovered! We even left one of our passports at check out and she made sure the staff kept it safe for us. Very helpful owners, would recommend.

The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, sent us many local restaurant recommendations, very responsive. Totally recommend booking this place on your next trip!

Can’t recommend enough. Clean, fantastic space, great location. Marina really helpful and always responsive. Well equipped kitchen with everything for meals in but equally a 10 minute drive into Funchal. The view from the apartment is beautiful and the location means everything is easily accessible. Supermarket across the road. We didn’t hire a car because the location was so great.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Henrique's apartment which was every bit as good as advertised. Madeira itself is a great place to visit with plenty to enjoy, whatever your holiday interests.

Daniel is a very friendly and attentive host. She followed us from the first to the last minute, giving tips about the area. The apartment is really space and spacious, with two nice balconies perfect for an outdoor breakfast!

Had a great stay at andreias place. Beautiful apartment, very spacious, well equipped kitchen in a new apartment block. Nice view from the balcony & most importantly catches great sun in the evenings. Really enjoyed sitting out and enjoying the last of the sun in the evenings. Pool and grounds also really well maintained and got plenty of use out of it. Great stay, would recommend!!

The black sand house is one of a kind. We spend the second half of our honeymoon staying in the home and will not soon forget the views, the charming town, and the serenity of the natural surroundings. Susana and Rita were delightful hosts. So impressed by their friendliness and great communication. They welcomed us with delicious local goodies and a bottle of wine. Truly felt like a luxury experience. We hope to be back one day!

We really liked the apartment Monstera. The location was very good, the apartment was perfectly prepared for our stay. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable. Anastasia was very friendly and helpful. We felt like home. Excellent accommodation for a holiday. I recommend.

One month stay in this attic style apartment on top floor of a 4-storey building. It is well-equipped, very well supplied and well furnished. The two excellent terraces have good furniture, lovely views and are private. The apartment is a 2-minute walk to the pedestrian promenade that leads to the Lido area and Formosa Beach and 8 minutes to the main road, bus stops and a good supermarket. Beatrice (the host) responded quickly before and during the stay and Paulo (her local agent) was welcoming - and there were also some nice welcome gifts. The internet worked well in the main living space and one of the terraces. The apartment building was generally quiet; you can hear construction noise from the nearby Dubai Madeira development - but not disturbing. The AC was not effective. Beatrice responded positively to my concerns, provided a portable fan (which helped) and has advised that new AC units will be fitted. Overall, a very good apartment and I have booked to return.

Clean, spacious, amazing balcony and view of the ocean. Had a great 2 weeks here. Cafes, restaurants, grocery store, beach all within walking distance. The apartment is in a quiet, private building, can still hear a bit of noise from the road in the back 2 bedrooms but not a big complaint considering how calm and peaceful the place is in general. Thank you!

We stayed at Sunshine Apartment for 3 nights. The apartment is the perfect size for two people - especially great is the large balcony all around, from which you can enjoy the sea view and sun. Next time we are back in Funchal, we would definitely come back again. Thank you very much Michelle ☺️

We were so thrilled that this place was available after the initial accommodation we booked fell through. The hosts were able to arrange cleaning and set us up within 24 hours so appreciate their efficiency and clear communication. We loved the interior design of the property and all the amenities. The location was also ideal as it’s right next to a shopping mall and around 15 minute walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants near by. Would definitely stay here again!
