Breakfast is not included in the daily rate but can be purchased at the restaurant in the same building. Maximum 6 guests, including adults, children and infants.

Cozy and rustic, the Ranch has dining and living rooms, a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with a double bed, in addition to the balcony with an unforgettable view of the sea. Sleep to the sound of the waves, wake up to an incredible sunrise over the sea. Stand in the sand, the Rancho features beach and umbrella chairs, bed linens and full bathrooms.

Magnificent View, really right on the sand!!!!

The apartment is right on the beach with a magnificent view of the garden and the sea. It is approximately 100 steps from the sea! We have been renting the apartment on Airbnb for over 9 years. We have had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over this time, we have gained expertise in welcoming guests. We have contracts with a laundry service, an air conditioning company, and a handyman who is available 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff is excellent.

For those who like adventure and hiking, this is the ideal tour, very close to São Paulo, with access by trail or sea (it is not possible to arrive by car - there are private parking lots in Bertioga. Comfortable en-suite, two minutes from the beach, with a delicious breakfast and family atmosphere for days of rest. Please note the rules: we do not accept friends who are not staying at the property; we do not tolerate drug use on the property; we do not allow loud noise.

The beach, which is 200m away from the house, is clean, flat and with crystal clear water, with moderate waves.
