In our space, we try, as much as possible, to provide a lot of privacy. It is not an extra suite in the house, but rather a separate suite, for a comfortable stay, without any inconvenience to you. It consists of a double bed and a single bed, closet, refrigerator, microwave, table and chairs, ceiling fan with remote control and a private and independent bathroom. Our family does not have access to the space when it is being used. 2 km from Pq Anhembi - 3 km from Santana Metro and Pró Magno Event Center - 4 km, Barra Funda Terminal; Espaço das Américas; Vila Country; Expo-Barra Funda and Allianz Park; 6 km from SP Center and Paulista Avenue

Private bedroom, living room and bathroom. If you are looking for a place to stay with charm, privacy, tranquility and in a family environment, you are very welcome! It will be a pleasure to welcome you to my space, which is at the back of my house (ground floor), with an independent entrance, a little corner to call your own while you are in SP. A place full of style. All decor is tasteful, inn-style. Shared equipped kitchen of 25 sq. meters. For safety reasons, we do not allow visitors.

Também próximo à estação de trem Água Branca. Obs: teve pintura e reforma na área externa! Você que já veio, vem ver, ficou lindo nos tons de cerâmica!

#CasaRosada is located in a square, with tranquility, convenience and privacy. Separate suite from the main house, equipped with fan, desk, adequate lighting, hammock, minibar, electric kettle. Bakery 150 meters away, as well as shops, bars and markets nearby (550 meters), at the pedestrian entrance of Vila Indiana of Cidade Universitária - USP. We follow current health protocols and welcome people to the home office, who want a day in a safe and welcoming space :)

Lar Doce Lar 425 is an amazing place to stay, located in a gated community in São Roque-SP! With a double bedroom, full kitchen, bathroom and living room, it is the ideal place for you to stay in this charming tourist town! We, the hosts, will do our best to make your experience unique by hosting you in our residence, which is 5 minutes from the center or the Wine Route! (We do not have accessibility features at this time and the accommodation contains stairs).

An escape within Sao Paulo, in one of the best neighborhoods where you can find everything just by walking. Suite that accommodates up to 4 people, located in the back of the lot with free access to the kitchen of the front house. I live with my parents in the front house and we'll be ready for anything. Direct access from the street to the suite without going through the 1st house * Check-in 2:00 p.m. * Check-out 11 a.m.

Super well located, with all the advantages of a trendy neighborhood and the tranquility that only a gated community can offer. The space is part of a larger structure (house occupied by the owner) but has independent access.

The space I rent is a private room/studio totally separate from the house, with independent entrance and exit. It is a 10-minute drive to Congonhas airport and Conceição metro station! There are markets and bakeries within a 5-minute walk. *Due to the coronavirus, I'm taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

The intention is to be a special little place in the midst of nature, ideal for resting after the beach and enjoying life as a couple. Small and practical, but cozy, comfortable and very charming.
