Very good location, the big window of a very good illumination. The town had a renovation equipment, but Davi was very reactive to fix what is needed. Everything is close by, beach, straight, laundry, library, … Recommended

The studio has an incredible view, was clean, well equipped with utensils, Gisele responds very quickly, the building has a foosball table, pool, gym and a mini market, the location is very good, I certainly recommend.

Robson was always very kind and very agile! The apartment is super cozy and the people at the building's reception are super nice! It is very well located near the beach and it is super easy to go to Praia Grande as well, from this accommodation. We had a small disagreement due to my lack of knowledge of Air BnB. Well, Andrea and Rita were extremely helpful and attentive, they gave me hints of places. The region is very beautiful, the building is quiet, and the people who live there are very solitary. One of the important things I would like to point out is that: the apartment is identical to that of the photo, very organized and clean. Andrea was very cool: she had the prerogative that, on my last Airbnb, the host rated me very badly because of my dogs. Andrea was a little afraid, which I understand, the other woman said so badly... I could too, I spent 15 days on her Airbnb and I didn't clean it. There were a lot of hairs — it's normal, any pet loose hairs — and where they pee, it smells, so you always need a good cleaning. But even so, Andrea accepted the reservation and preferred to give me a vote of confidence. I've been in over 40 Airbnbs with my dogs, and I only had a problem in a place where they didn't like pets, and then a complaint came. But with Andrea it was different, and I kept AP clean.

Upon arriving at the apartment, I found a clean, organized and cozy place. The dining table was set with cups for coffee, and there were complimentary espresso capsules in the Dolce Gusto coffee maker. In the bedroom, there were washed and packed face and bath towels, as well as a blanket. The view from this place is incredible, truly cinematic. The neighborhood is safe and is next to Santos, providing many walks and places to visit. Communication with them was clear from check-in to checkout, they pay attention to answering questions. I'll definitely come back more often

Excellent accommodation, complete with everything you need for a great stay. Safe, with great service from the doormen. I rented Flavia's airbnb to hold the bride's day of my wedding that took place next to the apt, in the platform space. Without a shadow of doubt was my best choice. It's the first reservation I've made where the photos match the location exactly. I don't usually create expectations, because I'm usually disappointed, but Ciomara's Studio is better than the photos! Everything is new, clean, fragrant and the view is simply indescribable! I celebrated 10 years of marriage with my husband and we will certainly return!
