We had an excellent stay! Irina was always available and provided great recommendations. I highly recommend this place.

It was a brand new apartment and the bed slept wonderfully. The shower was perfect and from the roof you have a beautiful view with sunset in the sea. Then the biggest plus was Irina who really takes the term Superhost to a new level. Responds super quickly and friendly. Helped us a lot with tips and also with a reliable taxi and car host. She just gave our last vacation days that extra positive set! Muito obrigado Irina!

Manuel is very kind and takes care of his guests, thank you very much to him. As for the accommodation, it is spacious, the bedding is comfortable and above all, the roof terrace is appreciable, in the morning and in the evening to rest.

Fantastic stay with amazing views The apartment was in perfect condition, very clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the spectacular views. Communication with Gabriele and his team was excellent. They were always attentive and everything I asked for was provided with taste and very good predisposition. As an improvement, it would be helpful to have a clothes rack and a washing machine. Also, the WiFi sometimes doesn't work well. The place is somewhat far from downtown, so it is necessary to move by taxi. Even so, the experience was very good and I would definitely come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ (4.5/5)

Very spacious accommodation quite well equipped although we did not find enough to dry the laundry. Building very exposed to the wind and not very waterproof windows. The swimming pool is, out of season, unusable unless motivated by very cold water. Location far from the center of mindelo, but easily accessible by foot or taxi. Reception and security staff very friendly and smiling. Comfortable accommodation but quite impersonal.

The accommodation was impeccable! Clean and tidy! Very well equipped, beautiful decoration! Ideal location, nice neighborhood, good restaurants, beautiful view! The arrival was more than ideal, Irina was of unparalleled kindness!! We recommend this accommodation 200%!!

The apartment is very large with a beautiful view. The appliances and the mattress are all very good quality. Francis was always helpful and quick to respond.

The location was ideal for us, a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach, and the town center was also easily accessible on foot. The small balcony had sun from noon to late afternoon, very important for us sun craving hamburgers. The kitchen is very well equipped for self-catering, a small supermarket is right around the corner with the essentials. Irina is super nice and goes to great lengths with lots of helpful tips and suggestions. She even offered us tickets for the Tribühne to experience the Carneval. All in all, highly recommended!
