The apartment was beautifully decorated, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming ambiance. The apartment was immaculately and well-maintained. The host had thought of everything to make my stay comfortable, including fresh towels, bed linen, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities. One of the highlights of the apartment was the stunning view from the balcony. I could sit out there for hours, sipping my morning coffee and taking in the beautiful scenery of the Pirin Mountains. The only downside was the Wi-fi signal which was quite weak. Overall, I would recommend this apartment with the caveat that the Wi-Fi signal is weak. If you are someone who needs a strong and reliable Wi-Fi connection for work or personal use, this may not be the best choice for you.

Great place for a week’s skiing in Bansko. Less than 5 min walk to the slope down to the gondola (there’s a cut through so you can ski down rather than walking all the way). Clean and warm apartment with nice addition of two balconies! Spa facilities were good, although they do usher you out at 7.45pm. Next door to a ski rental shop which is super cheap.

Miro was absolutely fantastic! He helped us throughout our stay as well as before our stay. Giving recommendations of restaurants as well as a great place to get our ski hire from. He also arranged a driver to take us too and from the slops each day. Was always responsive and reliable. The chalet was amazing. The facilities were better than described. I would highly recommend this place. The service and communication was immaculate. Will definitely be back 😊

Our stay at the property was wonderful! The place is spacious, very clean, and the view from every window is simply breathtaking. The dining room and kitchen are well-equipped and luxurious, making cooking and meals a real pleasure. The jacuzzi and sauna were spotless, and we enjoyed them every evening. The hosts were lovely, always available, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Martin was a wonderful host; very accommodating, quick to respond, and made sure there was a colleague to welcome us. The place itself was also wonderful– located in a very central area close to many different places to explore. Very happy to spend a weekend there!

Great location, excellent spa facilities and very friendly.

During our stay in Pinus villas we were extremly relaxed and cared by the kind people working in the complex. The villa is soo nice, quiet and comfortable. Cosy, wooden space, two floors and half, with privacy and spa features. Normally the house has space for 6 people but it is also good for a couple. Food in the restaurant is delicious and breakfast is huge and yummy! The first evening we ordered the diner for the villa, which is very good option if you want to have your meal secluded. On the other day we went on a bike adventure around the villa zone with bikes provided by Pinus villas. I recommend this activity! Yarema is very close to Sofia and we would definitely go again in Pinus Sylvestris to break away from everyday life and big city. P.S This is the cleanest Airbnb I ever been staying.

The house was amazing with all we needed after our ski & snowboarding When we first arrived Alex offered us help and guideline to everything in the house and also suggested us some places to go. He shared with us his mobile telling us to contact him in case we needed anything. House is about 10 mins driving to center. Well recommended!

Jackie went above & beyond for us. She showed us the best & cheapest restaurants, the place to get FREE mountain spring water, the hiking trail, and more. Great lighting in the place. It had endless sunlight all day, so we slept better than we ever had because the sun would rise and wake us up, and then as it fell, you could still see the beautiful sunset over the majestic Pirin mountains—the best sleep of our lives. The place was fully equipped and cozy. The heater kept the place very warm. Espresso machine, tea boiler, and more. I loved having a TV too.

A fantastic cozy restored home. It was a pleasure to be able to stay in such a wonderful village home - clearly very special to the family.

Boryana’s cottage was the perfect place for a peaceful and quiet getaway! We loved the cozy atmosphere and homey feel of the hut!

WHAT A LEGEND! Loved it here. 1KM walk to the gondola straight through town. Super value for money. Warm and great showers. Superb value for money. Cannot reccomend enough.

Quite a cozy, comfortable apartment with all amenities and felt like home, a balcony with a gorgeous view of Mount Pirin. We are a family with small children 5 and 2 years old and children with day sleep, and check-in is from 15-00, the host Stas made us an exception and allowed us to check in earlier at 13-00, which is really nice. This suggests that the host Stas is just a good person and interested in the comfort of guests. Another plus of the apartment is what is close to Mount Pirin and the gondola. We will come again! Dimitar's apartment is laid out over 2 storeys on the top floor of an apartment block. It has a balcony that fills the kitchen with morning sun. It is comfortable and peaceful. There is a spacious ground floor with a wood stove and comfy armchairs, a bar and pool table where people meet. I enjoyed playing chess with some of the locals there. There is also a really nice sauna and swimming pool. Dimitar recommended we use Totem ski for hiring equipment which is extremely conveniently located near the gondola and only a short walk from the apartment. So we kept our ski equipment there over night. We found Bansko generally to be a fun destination. The locals are unpretentious and the area is laid back. The gondolas, lifts and mountain bars made skiing easy. The landscape itself is a real pleasure with woodland between pistes filled with the paw prints of foxes and rabbits. Apparently in the summer there are bears!!! ps I would recommend speaking to Bobi at Sankiyski about skiing lessons.

The apartment was really nice and what was expected from the flora, the room was big and spacious for us 2 adults and 1 child, nice and warm, nice and clean upon arrival, lovely view in the forest, doesn’t smell of smoke! Just a short walk into the resort and lifts, host was very responsive to messages and helpful, would be happy to book this again, thanks very much, provided with small kitchen area with fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave along with sink hob etc, bath and overhead shower 👍

Great location a short road from the ski road and an easy walk inti town! It was an added bonus having the use of the hot tub and sauna, the apartment is basic but perfect for the price and suited our needs perfectly, host was attentive and check in was very simple, I will certainly use Anneleen again next year for our return to Bansko!

Overall we had a great stay - apartment is in a hotel which we were grateful for as it had a free shuttle to the Bansko Gondola, free ski storage and also a pool and spa in the hotel which was free to use! We had a nice view of the mountain from our apartment. WiFi wasn’t great but this wasn’t really an issue for us as we booked this for a ski trip so didn’t need it really. I think it had been a while between us and the last guest as some amenities were a little old but overall we had a great stay, it’s perfect for a ski trip to Bansko and would recommend it to people!
