It consists of: - Combined living room/dining room - Well equipped kitchen Living room and kitchen both open out to a terrace, furnished with solid wood dining set. - Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub - Bedroom with a queen size bed Both bedrooms open out to a beautiful green garden. - Second bathroom with a shower cabin. The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Other amenities include: Outdoor dining set, sunlounger, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and free parking in case you arrive by car. Baby cot and baby high chair on request. The neighborhood is one of Dubrovnik’s most popular areas, with beaches, seaside promenades, shops, restaurants and cafés. Villa del Mar is based in the prime location of Dubrovnik named St. Jakob. Its very quiet with no noise of the traffic but only 15 minute by walk to the old town and 5 minutes by walk to the beach. The view from the main terrace is exceptional and will take your breath away. On 100 m2 with two bed rooms, living room, fully equipted kitchen, two terrace, big bath room, free street parking , and a big mediteranean garden you will find the write place for your vacation.
