Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito.

The house is in Malfatano, 1.8 km from the beautiful beach of Tuerredda (including 800 meters of dirt road) The house guarantees privacy and tranquility. The property is about 65 square meters with two bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen and bathroom. The house is equipped with air conditioners. Outside there is a large veranda, a barbecue, a wood-burning oven and a tennis court. A short distance away are the beaches of Chia Capo Spartivento and the entire coast of Teulada until you reach the dunes of Is Arenas Biancas.

Here you can choose to enjoy the private beach (with umbrella and sunbeds), visit the most beautiful beaches of southwestern Sardinia or discover our scenic and archaeological beauties. You will find a bedroom with a sea view, a comfortable sofa bed for two more people, a small terrace where you can use the electric barbecue, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
