Justin was an incredible host. The concierge service included in the rental was super responsive. Extremely well run operation and ensures all unnecessary stress is taken out of your stay. The place itself is very beautiful, modern and super clean. The location is just about perfect if your enjoy the beach, swimming and snorkeling and two great eating places that are very reasonable, are right on the beach Would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to STT

Verena's Holiday Haven was newly remodeled and very clean. We appreciated all of the beach supplies and the great location. It was just steps from the beach. Gaven was good at communicating details with us, and check-in was very straightforward.

The home was very clean and welcoming and you will be greeted with a beautiful view of Hull Bay beach. The hosts were fast and very responsive when contacted and made the check in and check out very easy. The home had amenities like beach chairs, snorkel gear, floating devices and much more. The location of the home is perfect to get to many other beaches and local spots in a short amount of time.

Joan’s place was absolutely beautiful! The views were some of the best I’ve ever seen. I sat on the porch any chance I could. The location was private but close enough to the beaches and restaurants. Next time I go to St. Thomas, I will be sure to return to the Larimar!

This place was so clean and comfortable. After long days on the beach, I looked forward to coming back to the nest. As a solo traveler who doesn’t drive, the only note I have is that the nest is far from cabs and taxis. I had to walk a bit and hitchhike to get anywhere, which isn’t a big complaint but worth noting!

We had an awesome time staying here. The place it's self was very roomy. Providing 3 beds & I saw an air mattress in the closet. We loved all the extra amenities. Everything described in listing was provided. They were quick to respond when messaged. which is great when you're in foreign environment & need help fast. I enjoyed staying in this area. Glad we chose it over Charlotte Amalie. We didn't use the pool but we were situated very close to it. So that's nice. The restaurant closeby was reasonable. Food was good. We didn't use the laundry so can't attest to that. Tvs had screen mirroring. Which we used. Ceiling fans were great as AC usually made it cold fast. Coming in & out the unit was a breeze with lock code. Very close to St John's ferry. We spent the day there visiting. Trunk Bay beach is a must! I would stay with them again if I went back!

Cindy & Jay’s condo is beautiful, comfortable, and is equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Staying at this condo was a great choice and truly enhanced our vacation experience.

Kelly’s condo was a wonderful place for a long weekend getaway in St. Thomas. She was extremely responsive, the home was beautiful condition upon arrival and came with lots of great extras we used on our trip. Having beach bags, quality beach chairs, and some to go tumblers made it so we didn’t have to go to a store to get these things in our own. The restaurant recommendations in the guest guide were great and our favorite excursion was booked right at the marina the condo overlooks! Would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation spot in close proximity to great activity’s!

Water Island was absolutely beautiful! Our stay was amazing—even when we ran into island-related issues like a power outage, both Isla and Erin were quick to jump in and get everything up and running again, even over Easter weekend! This was our first time visiting the islands for my birthday trip, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was stunning, with the best views! Haze was an angel—such a sweet boy who kept us company while we missed our own cats. We’ve already decided to make this a yearly tradition and plan to stay at Isla’s for many years to come. We absolutely loved this place—it was the perfect getaway!

We really enjoyed Julies dwelling. It was in an area that was laid back and comfortable but had all the amenities needed in walking distance. The beach front was amazing with its clear clean water and access to two reefs that provided fantastic snorkeling. Coffee shop, bar, restaurants were just a short walk away. Julie was very flexible with us and was very very responsive to any of our questions.

Im just going repeat what has already been said. This property was beyond expectations. The views alone are breathtaking. Its safe and the beds and rooms were all top notch. I will also say...in the event you didn't pack something...Im 99% sure it will be there. From cotton swabs to Games and novels. The book of local things to do, eat and visit is so exhaustive I doubt you will find time to do it all. I could not recommend it more. Book and enjoy your stay!

Sea La Vie was the perfect St. Thomas escape. The space is clean, stylish, and peaceful, with a fully stocked kitchen that made cooking at home a breeze. The pool area was a highlight – quiet, with plenty of lounge chairs and an incredible ocean view that we never got tired of. The hosts were welcoming and responsive, and the location made it easy to explore beaches, restaurants, and local spots. Whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying dinner on the deck, every moment felt like paradise. Highly recommend!

Place was clean and comfortable. Quiet and relaxing location. The host was very friendly and responsive; quickly assisted us when the door lock battery needed to be changed. Would stay again.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at St. John and choosing Ramona and Chris’s place was absolutely perfect. Chris met us when we got our rental car and led us to the Airbnb which was so kind and helpful. He gave us a ton of local recommendations and answered any questions we had throughout the week. The views are absolutely breathtaking and are hard to fully capture on their listing pictures! The AC worked wonderfully and the outdoor shower made things feel extra tropical! The place came with a few cat friends that we thoroughly enjoyed and the stairs were the perfect workout in the morning before the beach. We hope to come back to St. John in the near future and will most definitely be back here if it is just the two of us! Thanks for making our trip so memorable with a wonderful home for the week!!

This is a beautiful retreat - the views, the condo, all refreshing and relaxing. We booked at the last minute and thoroughly enjoyed the space. Highly recommend an SUV/Jeep and be mindful they drive on the left! Condo is located at the top of the resort where the parking lot is located a short walk up a hill, not near the condo. We drove down to condo to unload in the small circle and managed to turn around without incident. The condo is located down 3 short flights of stairs. The condo buildings and grounds look tired, railings are loose. Once inside condo, you will be mesmerized by how nice and comfortable it feels - bed and pillows are very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you'll need - we shopped at both The Market at Tutu Mall and Moes in Red Hook for food - Moes is much nicer, everywhere is expensive! We drove down to the pool closest to the ocean, very clean. We did not go to restaurant. Coki Beach is within a walk but we found it extremely crowded and trash everywhere.

We had an amazing time staying at Skip’s place! Check-in was so simple, Skip was always helpful with any questions we had, and the condo is BEAUTIFUL. The view of the marina from the lanai is stunning, it’s a quick walk from the beach, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need. We can’t wait to come back again someday. My fiancé and I stayed here for our annual trooical getaway. We're from the mountains of Colorado so we're very active and adventerous. This place was perfect! Close to the Red Hook ferries, some great restaurants, and everything was very driveable. We had a rental car and I'd recommend it for this location. It made life very easy. We enjoyed multiple dinners at home because the windows really do look like that and they're SPOTLESS. Enjoy that patio but definitely light a bug candle. We did everything! Hiking, snorkeling off beaches, snorkeling using boat charters... everything. We love this island and Veronica's little condo was exceptional. We did lose power for 1 night. I would recommend blasting the AC the minute you get back to prepare for having to go a night without it and do not open the windows if it happens. Just ride it out. Blame WAPA. I use a CPAP machine and brought a travel battery. I strongly recommend you do the same and bring battery banks for phones at least.

This is my 2nd time staying with Britney. The unit is very nice. Comfortable & well equipped. The location is great. It is close to everything. As a returning guest, I received a 10% discount. That is a little less than the 20% advertised but still greatly appreciated. I hope to stay there again in 2026!

Excellent condo on one of the best beaches. We had plenty of room (4 adults-one couple and two college age kids). The two bathrooms and washer/dryer were a huge plus. Convenient location to beach, restaurants, bar. Only downside was the seaweed on Sapphire. BUT we knew this could be an issue, we did our homework-not renters fault! We’ve been four times and this is the only time it’s been bad for a couple of days. Hopefully it clears soon-that beach is amazing! She was an excellent host and had outstanding communication. We would go back for sure!

Charlie’s place was beautiful. The view was incredible. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck & looking out at the marina & the ocean. Charlie is very responsive with any questions we had. We like that it’s not right on the beach as it’s less hectic & busy especially when the cruise ships come in. But the walk is literally only 5 minutes to a gorgeous beach . Sudi’s restaurant was right across from us, the owner’s , Natalie & Greg are great. Definitely returning for the 3rd time as we love it.

We were very happy with the condo it was exactly as described, we would and hopefully will stay here in the future!! Highly recommended!!

Our stay at Chris's Condo was excellent. The view was amazing and just what we were looking for on our 20th Annivresary getaway. We rented a car, and had no trouble gettig around the island. The provided parking space was great and conveniently located near the door to the unit. The space was clean, well provisioned with everything we needed from beach towels to pool noodles. We walked over to Bolongo Bay for breakfast one morning. The directions Chris provide were spot on and we'd have been lost without them. Be prepared if you do, the hills coming back are quite the little workout! The place was centrally located well enough that we were able to explore the island east to west, and the north side, over two of our days, and still be within 20 to 30 minutes from almost any direction. We watched a Cruise ship departing the first night after sunset, and the breeze with the doors open was nice enough to keep things bearable (in late May) and hear the waves crashing from the Bedroom.

The place was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect literally from the beach, walking beautiful walking pathways to the restaurant coffee shop everything right there with the walking distance. It was so nice to have central heat and air. It just felt like the states in the Caribbean was such a beautiful place. Highly recommended
