A real paradise! The house is sublime, a very tasteful decoration with beautiful materials, super quiet, fully equipped, a breathtaking view (especially by the pool) and in addition a perfect welcome. We were traveling with a small baby and were able to enjoy a flexible check-in and checkout, an amazing advantage. Thank you so much for everything!

Quite a large apartment/house for two people and private parking close by. A lot of friendly cats come and go in the area if you like animals. Super friendly and helpful owners where one lives in the house next door (only speaks Italian) and the other in the area who speaks multiple languages. We got superb recommendations regarding the local area and help with making reservations or checking things. A car is a must have since the place is in the countryside. It's a 5 minute drive to the closest shop/town and 15-30 minutes to a large number of towns and beaches. We highly recommend the host and place for a quiet vacation with a genuine local touch.

We had a wonderful time at Maria's in the small house. It was clean, equipped as discussed and the view and the direct surroundings of the house even better than in the pictures. The sea view is unbeatable and made us totally happy. Everything you need (supermarket, beaches, restaurant, etc.) is just a few minutes away by car, while at the same time you have total peace and quiet at the house. Our dog was just as welcome as we were. Maria is a great host and responded quickly, as well as super friendly and reliable to all inquiries. As a couple, we can only recommend the Tiny House and Maria. I think we'll be back!

Andrea's accommodation is very nice and quiet. The garden is beautiful. The facility is very pleasant and everything was super clean. Everything is as in the pictures. It is not far to the city for shopping by car. You can also easily reach many beautiful beaches from here by car. Andrea gave us tips on which beaches we can go to that are not so crowded. We felt very comfortable and would come back. Thank you!

Great accommodation! Beautifully quiet and private location, a super nice host and the amenities are great. Perfect for coming down :-) And our children especially had fun at the pool and with the cats and the two donkeys in the immediate vicinity.

My partner and I stayed in this apartment for two weeks and the experience was really great. The apartment is beautiful, cozy and perfectly clean, much more than the photos on the site let us imagine (we particularly enjoyed the terrace and the barbecue, perfect for relaxing in the evening). The house is in an ideal location for those seeking tranquility, but at the same time very close to the most beautiful beaches in the area, The owner was always available and kind, ready to respond to any need. I absolutely recommend this apartment to those looking for comfort, relaxation and beauty in one of the most fascinating areas of Sardinia!

I was able to recover properly. Small bungalow in a pine forest. It is a bit remote from everything but the bus stop is 2 min from the room. If you want to switch off, you're in the right place.

Great place very well located, 2min walk to the beach, very quiet and chic area. i recommend this place.

A very peaceful house surrounded by olive trees, Excellent layout, House in extensive private property, Very easy garage The hosts are very thoughtful and adorable; they give all the explanations, are responsive and very warm. It started by saying a houseboat, it is a beautiful structure, well organized with all the things that can be used for the living room, a well-equipped kitchen. Amazing view from both sides . The only flaw is the small bathroom but otherwise wonderful, I highly recommend it because it is a unique experience to do . And I would definitely go back a second time .

Great check in process with Claudia running through all the amenities on the house boat and providing great local recommendations. Recommended some great local restaurants like alguer Mia which was brilliant. Houseboat is in stunning location, about ten mins to the walled city and less than that to the start of the beaches on the other side. Great place to stay.
