Nice small but well-furnished apartment with breathtaking views of the gulf above Porto Cervo, 1 km from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. Private parking in front of the house, in a very quiet area a stone's throw from the famous nightlife and shops of Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia. Furnished with everything: dishes, electric oven and microwave, in case of need for a change of linen (towels) the price will be €25. My place is close to the sea, close to art, culture and beautiful beaches, you will like it for its intimacy and location and is suitable for couples because it is equipped with three air conditioners, thus creating total privacy. In the house you will find two kayaks, 4 seats by the sea with beach beds, a chest with masks, fins and games, umbrellas, beach towels and a portable cooler for your beach days. There is also the possibility of organizing daily trips with a sailboat.
