Cuenta con una habitación doble, una habitación individual, salón con sofá cama doble, baño con ducha y cocina totalmente equipada. El Parque de la Naturaleza de Cabárceno está a 5 minutos en coche. Las playas y Los Valles Pasiegos se encuentran a 15 min en coche, una preciosa senda de Vía Verde para hacer excursiones... Todos los servicios a pie (supermercado, farmacia, cafeterías, etc).
